In summer, the area around Obergurgl offers many opportunities for adventure. Due to its breathtaking views, the impressive Timmelsjoch Pass, which connects Austria with Italy, is a favorite route for bikers and cyclists. The area offers challenging trails for mountain bikers of all levels. In winter, the area transforms into the Obergurgl-Hochgurgl ski resort with 110 km of pistes and modern lifts. The Aqua Dome in Längenfeld offers pools, saunas, and marvelous mountain views from which to relax after an active day. The region's glaciers ensure perfect snow conditions. In summer, you can enjoy hiking and cycling trails or cool off and relax in swimming lakes such as Lake Piburger See. You can also visit the Aqua Dome Längenfeld wellness center for additional relaxation.
