Good overall. The staff is excellent. The location is good around 5 min walking to the metro which goes to the center of Sofia for 15 -20 min for about half a euro. Airport can be reached by metro, but you need to change the lines at Serdika station. Taxi to the airport around 8 euro.I wasn't able to adjust the air-conditioning in my room ( facing the street) to a lower temperature and opened the window overnight. It was noisy because of the event downstairs ( I believe the events are mostly on the weekends, but it's worth checking before booking). However, my issue probably could had been resolved, if I called the front desk. I was only for one night to catch an early flight and didn't call.

I'd recommend this place!
I stayed here for 8 nights. The hotel is in a great area, easy access to downtown, shopping and anything you'd need. There are restaurants and small grocery stores within walking distance. Hotel staff was friendly, ready to help me anything.

The staff were cheerful and friendly, the hotel clean and presentable. The gym was good but unfortunately no swimming pool. It was in a convenient location near restaurants and offered nice views of the surrounding area. Highly recomnended.

Nice hotel in city center
Although relatively small, this was a nice hotel with its own restaurant and fitness spa facilities. The fitness room was outfitted with new equipment and everything was very clean. The room had adequate space and was also clean. I booked the room in connection with a flight, thus the price was quite reasonable.
