The hotel staff and property itself was nice and clean however I did have a problem with how club cigarette smoke smell there was in the room other than that everyone was friendly, the room was huge and clean accept the ACs were broken and never worked but thankfully the windows could be opened breakfast was great and the location was convenient enough where taking taxi to and from wasn’t too expensive

Hotel is very good and close to all the shops and bars and restaurants. Staff are very good rims. Very clean. Breakfast was really good as well. Highly recommend not sure if I would stay in the summer though as no Aircon.

This is a very average hotel. It is close to central downtown, which is good, but, overall, the rooms are adequate at best. The restaurant, however, is very nice with good food.

Clean, basic and well located
This is a great place if you're not looking for something fancy. It's got all the basic amenities plus a little more if you take an apartment. It's clean and kept and best of all you can walk to all the major tourist spots. Also very well connected with underground/subway systems.

Nice family run hotel close to Vitosha
The hotel is close to everything in central Sofia, so a good choice for a city break. Good selection at breakfast and they were very welcoming when we arrived.

Everything was perfect. The owner was at the front desk and his friendliness and proactive customer service was awesome. I would love to stay here again. Perfect location too!

Room was sparse, but huge! Beds were comfortable for me, a little hard for my companion. Great shower and breakfast, plus front desk staff were all very courteous. Location was very good for shopping/dining streets, but a bit of a walk to attractions and public transport. Only negative thing I can say is a shelf is needed in the shower. I would definitely stay again!

Everything was good, nice large room with balcony, good breakfast, staff was very friendly, hotel next to Metro. There are also some soft comfortable pillows in the cabinet. Definitely recommend this hotel to others
