It was my 2nd stay in this hotel, the 1st stay, one of the staff said, will give me an upgrade, but gave me a so lousy view which only can see a small port and road. Importantly the main view was Lotte resort. I was wondering a lot of rooms are available, however why he has to put me in such room which doesn’t even have a bathtub in the line room. This 2nd stay, I booked a King bed room, the bathtub is in the living room with ocean view. However the other tower rooms are so close, when I get into bathtub I have to close curtains, ocean view is useless. It was so very uncomfortable. In the bathroom, water isn’t going down when I showered… On the floor, on the table, on the chairs and wherever have painting drops. The smalls of new renovation works were so bad.. had to open the balcony door all along. I had high expectations of the hotel as it was developed from banyan tree, maybe I should not..

I stayed in this hotel for my bday celebration. The rooftop was gorgeous! It was the highlight of the trip. Breakfast is good, but the line is long. There’s a massive bathtub in the living room area which I liked. However, the hotel is super new, so they will need a lot of coordinations in their services. Check-in was slow, staff didn’t know enough about their own facilities. I’m sure they will get there eventually and it has a lot of potential in a great location.

아직 오픈한지 얼마 안되어서인지 미흡한점이 보입니다 시공이 잘못되어 둘째날은 방을 재배정 받아서 투숙했습니다 공사 하는 소리도 조금 있었고 새로 손봐야 할 곳들이 있습니다 나중에는 멋진 호텔이 될 것이라 믿습니다

일단 오픈한지 얼마안되고 숙박을 해서 그런지 냄새가 너무 심했음. 룸 변경을 하긴 해주셔서 감사했으나 전반적인 청결상태가 미흡함 베란다에 담배꽁초가 가득한 패트병이 있고 침대에는 머리카락이 묻어 있는 등..기분이 별로였음 규모와 브랜드에 비해 전반적으로 허술함이 많아 보임 직원들이 친절은 하나 대응 답변 등의 개선이 필요함

아직 오픈하지 말았어야 합니다.
전혀 오픈 준비가 돼있지 않습니다. 저녁 6시10분 도착후 7시 10분에 체크인 했습니다. 그 과정도 매끄럽지 않았습니다. 우왕좌왕 직원들은 죄송하다는 말만 반복할 뿐입니다. 객실은 마치 공사가 덜 끝난 아파트에 들어간 느낌입니다. 바닥색은 허옇게 떠있고 맨발로 다니기 어려울 정도 였습니다. 테라스나 욕실등의 타일도 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 한 마디로 마감을 하다가 만 느낌입니다. 주차장에서 로비로 가려면 어떻게 해야하는지 안내가 부족합니다. 불행중 다행이라면 조식이 맛있었다 정도입니다.
