Nice house with a good pool. Some minor updating needed but nothing important. Fans provided in every room to keep the house cool. Nice garden with fruit trees. Andrea was lovely, very helpful and gave us lots of useful information.

Magnifiques vacances en Sicile
Nous avons passé de très belles vacances ! Une jolie propriété dans un cadre bien entretenu, calme et reposant. Idéalement située pour visiter les plus belles villes de Sicile. Après de longues et chaudes visites, les enfants (et même les adultes) ont adoré profiter de la belle et grande piscine. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, accueillant, disponible et à l’écoute pour ses hôtes. S’il fallait trouver un « point négatif », je conseillerai le robot de piscine… Il permettrait de faire gagner un temps précieux aux vacanciers. En conclusion: C’était parfait ! Je recommande. Merci :-)

Parto subito dicendo che se avessi visto la proprietà in persona non l’avrei mai affittata per il mio soggiorno di 15 giorni a Giugno con la mia famiglia.Per una mia svista non ho notato che la casa non dispone di aria condizionata,quindi con solo due ventilatori,si soffre il caldo,abbiamo notato subito sporcizia e polvere sotto i letti,nessun armadio dove poter appendere i vestiti,solo appendi abiti di fortuna in entrambe le camere da letto.Tavoletta bagno rotta, fornetto elettrico non funzionante(ma prontamente sostituiti)formiche nella camera da letto e fuori praticamente ovunque,attorno alla piscina dove teoricamente vorresti rilassarti ma non puoi perché devi pensare a scrollarti le formiche di dosso.Le sedie sdraio in piscina usurate e vecchie.Unica nota positiva: la posizione, poco distante da Siracusa,Ortigia,Noto.In generale la casa ha del pontenziale ma è parecchio trascurata.In questo stato,come casa vacanza,non la consiglio assolutamente.
