Poorly staffed ! Poor quality! Food quality was very very bad. I Had to get my own drink from the bar as I was not offered at my table. The Seak I order was dripping in oil, as if it had been deep fried. It was so low staffed there was not any one available to complain to. I had to go to reception!

Was a bit noisy due to having a room over the evening entertainment so an early night was out the question. Breakfast was nice and the swimming pool and spa facilities were ok be it a bit dated

Staff at this hotel are amazing, very friendly and helpful. The meal in both the bar and the restaurant was fantastic.We stayed for for 2night with our 4 Golden Retrievers as we had a dog show 20 minutes away at Stoneleigh.

We stayed here for two nights to go to a concert at world resorts arena. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs, nothing was too much trouble. The ambiance was great in all areas, the bar and restaurant friendly and clean. The food was lovely and well presented with something for everyone. The rooms were quiet even though there was a function going on, was wasn’t disturbed once. The bed was huge and comfy giving us two nights of restful sleep. I will stay again at the earliest opportunity.

To be honest I stayed there before and want refund for this property. Was bad to be honest. The drive way has more pot holes than the M6 motorway this is a disgrace and should be seen to. Room was dirty. And by the pool. Decaying wall plastering is really disgrace. It's a public health matter. Such a shame to how it used to be. I did not want to kick up a fuss as other people at reception this morning and it would not have bene right to go on then but I am requesting a refund. I arrived at 8pm. But if I arrived earlier I would ha e cancelled it and gone somewhere else please sort refund asap

Beautiful property, staff were very helpful & welcoming. At least 3 spiders nests in the bathroom - all god’s creatures - I’m not frightened of spiders! Room was very spacious & the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, Luke warm cooked breakfast on cold plates!
