This charming townhouse features two terraces, ideal for enjoying the peaceful surroundings with your guests. The lower terrace offers a tranquil spot for breakfast, accompanied by the soothing sounds of nature, while the upper terrace is perfect for sunbathing and enjoying scenic views. Although there are neighbors nearby and partial privacy, you will experience the calm and relaxation you deserve. The interior is spread across two floors. On the first floor, you'll find a spacious living room with Smart TV and A/C, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen offers all the necessary utensils for home cooking and provides access to the lower terrace. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for your convenience. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—both with direct access to the upper terrace. A bathroom with both a shower and bathtub completes this floor. All rooms feature A/C and wardrobes, and we can provide a cot and high chair for your baby if needed. Located just 500 meters from the center of the village, you can visit the historic Church of Sant Bartomeu, built in 1236, or explore the local supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants offering traditional Mallorcan dishes. A tram or bus ride will take you to Puerto de Sóller, where you can enjoy the beach or scenic walks.
