This Mallorcan house, built with high quality materials and natural stone facade is located just a few meters from the port. Within walking distance you can easily reach the bars and restaurants without having to take the car. The beach is also within walking distance. The unit has two bedrooms and a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining area and a fantastic terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains. From the terrace you can reach the pool via a staircase. The pool is shared, but only shared with another house.

Ideal location
We enjoyed a lovely 12 night stay . Beautiful Views and surroundings. House was spacious But basic. It was a nice surprise to find a washing machine. Didn’t need to bring half the clothes I packed !. Very hot the first few nights so sleeping difficult with just fans but we knew there wasn’t AC. Very steep hill back up from port de soller especially in the heat and wearing face mask but worth it. Port de Sóller is the perfect family holiday destination. Beautiful beach and so many restaurants. Maria the property manager was a very good communicator and helped us we any concerns we had. A few new upgrades would make this home more attractive. Ie a few pictures on the walls New bed linen, Extra pillows (only 1 each )) and different storage for glasses and cutlery. Just ideas and we would definitely stay again. Thanks we had a lovely time.

Great location
We really enjoyed staying here! It's the perfect base for exploring Port de Soller - just a 5 minute walk from the beach and all the shops - plus the property has great facilities and plenty of space. Only a couple of minor points: for future guests it would be quite useful to have some sort of guide to the property and the surroundings (e.g. recommended restaurants, tours, walks, etc.). Also if you could include a tin-opener that would be very helpful. I would highly recommend staying here and Maria was extremely helpful with organising our stay.

Excellent location but basic facilities
Excellent location within a short walk to all restaurants and the beach and very quiet at night. Apartment is basic and does not have air conditioning which during the recent heatwave was an issue as bedrooms were stifling hot. Only one small portable fan provided and dehumidifier didn't work well. The pool was dirty on arrival and didn't get cleaned until day 4 despite calling on the morning we arrived. The television didn't work and was replaced mid stay. Shelf in kitchen has been broken at some point and not replaced so items balanced on wooden surround. Very strange. Plenty of cheap crockery in kitchen but quite a few had chips and cutting boards the size of a postage stamp. Luckily it was too hot to cook very much! The bed in the big bedroom was VERY uncomfortable and bedding was poor quality but clean. Basic hanging space in big bedroom but none in smaller bedroom. Only one bedside table in large bedroom and no lamps. If you want basic accommodation as a base it is great but don't expect a great night's sleep in large bedroom. No frills accommodation with excellent views and great location. Could be amazing with small changes.

The house was great! Very nice location, close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. The view was great and the pool was amazing in the hot weather. The only downside was parking on the street outside the house which was really steep. 10/10 experience, highly recommend!

Teils Mangelhafte Ausstattung
Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage. Der Ausblick und der Pool sind sehr schön. Tagsüber war allerdings fast durchgehend lautes Hundegebell. Eine Baustelle in der Nähe machte Lärm. Die Wohnung ist eigentlich sehr schön. Es gab leider viele Missstände, so dass unserer Meinung nach, der hohe Preis nicht gerechtfertigt ist. - Schlechte Internetverbindung. Schlechtes oder kein WLAN auf Terrasse. - Keine dunklen Vorhänge im großen Schlafzimmer (zum Abdunkeln vorhandene Decken genutzt). - Wir haben mit der Hand abgewaschen, da die Maschine nicht vernünftig gesäubert hat und laut war. - In der Kühlschranktür fehlten die Einsätze für Flaschen. - Den kleinen Kühlschrank im gr. Schlafzimmer (diente als Nachtschrank!!) haben wir ins Wohnzimmer geschleppt und für die Getränke genutzt. - Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ungenügend. Es fehlten z.B. Salatschüsseln, ein Schneebesen (beides haben wir gekauft und dagelassen) und noch einiges. - Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer sollte ausgetauscht werden. Wir waren froh, dass über dem Sofa eine große Decke gelegt war. - Die Sessel im Wohnzimmer knarren bei jeder Bewegung. Das störte und fühlte sich unsicher. - Kissen für die Gemütlichkeit im Wohnzimmer wären schön (haben welche gekauft und eines dagelassen). - Eine dimmbare Lampe zum Lesen würde das Wohnzimmer gemütlicher machen (die beiden Lampen an der Decke erzeugen keine Gemütlichkeit. Wir haben vor der Küchenlampe ein Geschirrtuch gehängt, um im Wohnbereich gedämpftes Licht zu bekommen).

Tolle Wohnung in schöner Hafenstadt
Mit unserer 4-köpfigen Familie haben wir uns perfekt wohl gefühlt. Die Hochsommerhitze wurde durch den Pool gekühlt, die Besitzer-Familie hat ihn nicht oft genutzt so, dass wir ihn meist für uns alleine hatten. Die Nähe zu Hafen und Strand ist großartig. Gerne wieder!

Mooi huis met prachtig uitzicht
Wij hebben volop genoten. Het huis beschikt over een mooie grote veranda mer uitzicht op het Tramontana gebergte. 's ochtends tot een uur of 10.00u is er zon op de veranda, maar daarna heb je de hele dag schaduw. En wil je wel van de zon genieten dan kun je heerlijk op de ligbedden bij her zwembad gaan liggen waar de hele dag zon is. De keuken is ruim, keukeninventaris is ietwat verouderd, maar op zich prima. De slaapkamers zjjn ruim, wel warm zonder airco in de zomermaanden dus de ventilatoren zijn wel nodig. Kleine maar functionele badkamer. Het levendige dorpje met diverse winkels, restaurants, strand en de haven ligt echt op 5 minuten lopen. Mooie lange boulevard met zandstrand. Wel even een klimmetje heuvel op, maar goed te doen. Een aanrader dus.

Wohnen in typisch spanischem Ambiente
Insgesamt ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub in einer idyllisch gelegenen Finca mit toller Aussichr. Besonders mit dem Pool direkt vor der Tür gerade für Familien mit Kindern geeignet, da man sie von der Terrasse immer im Blick hat. Das Örtchen Port de Soller mit einem kinderfreundlichen Strand und zahlreichen Restaurants ist fußläufig erreichbar, touristisch zwar gut erschlossen, aber auch von vielen Einheimischen frequentiert. Perfekt zum Erholen, da es vergleichsweise ruhig und entspannt zugeht. Die Finca selbst ist völlig ausreichend, groß genug, sauber und bis auf den fehlenden Fön wie beschrieben. Hier und da müsste man zeitnah nachbessern, z.B. beim Kücheninterieur, Platzdeckchen, Badmöbel. Im Hochsommer ist es ohne Klimaanlage natürlich entsprechend warm, hier könnten weitere Ventilatoren etwas Abhilfe schaffen. Auch Auflagen für die Terrassenmöbel würden den Komfort erhöhen. Insgesamt können wir diese Finca aber guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Eine sehr schön gelegene mallorquinische Villa
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt vor Ostern sehr genossen, die Wohnung rustikal aber sehr schön gestaltet, mit großen Zimmern (jedes mit Heizkörper) und Terrasse mit sehr schönem Ausblick nach Süd-Ost, man sieht also die Sonne hinter den Bergen aufgehen. Der Garten ist klein, mit Liegewiese und Pool, der Pool war aber zu kalt und unsauber. Die Eigentümer wohnen oben im Haus, man hört es etwas, aber es stört nicht. Die Lage ist perfekt, ca. 5 Gehminuten zum Strand und ca. 5-10 Gehminuten zur Steilküste, z B. Zum Restaurant Nautilus. Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser sein (Pfanne und Teekanne waren schon etwas dahin), es war aber alles machbar. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett etc., große Wäscheleine auf der 2. Terrasse. Also alles in allem rustikal, sehr schön gelegen, tolle große ursprüngliche Unterkunft Wir würden gerne wieder dort Urlaub machen

Man kann die Wohnung mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, sehr gute Ausstattung. Leider waren mehrere Baustellen in der Umgebung, was einfach Pech war. Aber diese sind ja auch mal fertig und dann kommen wir gern wieder ;-)

Eine gut ausgestattete, sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung.
Drei Generationen (Oma, Eltern, Enkelkind) sind angereist und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab keine Probleme bei der Anreise, obwohl wir gegen 23.00Uhr in der Ferienwohnung angekommen sind. Die Ferienwohnung bietet Platz genug, um auch Regentage entspannt zu verbringen. Die Wohnung liegt etwas oberhalb vom Hafen in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Wir haben den Heimweg vom Hafen (bergauf) als täglichen sportlichen Einsatz gesehen und wurden im Laufe des Aufenthaltes immer fitter. Rundum, ein schöner Aufenthalt.

schöne Ferienwohnung mit Aussicht
Eine super ausgestattete Wohnung mit einer tollen Terasse, von der man die schöne Aussicht auf die Berge genießen kann. Es ist sehr ruhig, fernab vom touristischem Trubel. Trotzdem kommt man in wenigen Laufminuten (nur den Berg runter) zum Hafen. Die Vermietung verlief ganz unkompliziert über die Agentur in Soller, bei der man den Schlüssel abholt. Die Eigentümer, eine Familie mit zwei Jungs, sind wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend, aber überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Das fanden wir genau richtig. Sie wohnen in der oberen Etage (eine eigene Wohnung). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank dafür an die Familie und die Agentur!

Das perfekte Domizil um ruhig und dennoch zentral auf Mallorca Urlaub zu machen.
Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles sauber, urig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was ein Selbstversorger für den Urlaub braucht. Die Terrasse war wunderschön. Der Blick von ihr war umwerfend. Das gesamte Erdgeschoss wurde von uns bewohnt. Von den darüber lebenden Bewohnern - wahrscheinlich den Eigentümern - haben wir nichts mitbekommen, was uns durchaus recht war...wir hatten somit das Gefühl, wir bewohnen das Haus alleine. Das Haus selbst wurde im typischen mallorquinischen Stil erbaut und war wunderschön. Hier unsere Kritik-Punkte: - Fernseher im Wohnzimmer ging alle 10 Minuten für ca. 3 Minuten aus, dann sprang er ohne Mithilfe wieder an. - leichter Uringeruch im vorderen rechten Schlafzimmer, wahrscheinlich aus der kleinen innenseitigen Kammer kommend - leider keine einzelne Steppdecke, sondern die typischen mediterranen 4 Überdecken inklusive Lacken, das Ganze als einmaliger Überwurf für jeweils 2 Personen...wir mögen das nicht besonders.
