This was our second week in Majorca and turned out to be our best. Loved the villa - felt homely, well equipped and beautifully laid out. The garden and pool were stunning and loved the outdoor kitchen. will be returning next year hopefully.

Lovely Property - good location
We loved Lena's place and Puerto de Soller. The garden and pool area was lovely - with great views. The building work next door was not a problem - very little noise and no dust.

I'm not sure where to begin...
The day before we were due to arrive (too late to cancel) the property manager informed us building works had started next to the property...what transpired is that another property is being built RIGHT next to the villa. Literally nextdoor. It's at framework stage so there's a long way to go. On the 10 days we were there they were digging cable work up the pavmeent outside of the house -- the dust and noise from 7-4 was unbearable. Unbearable. The builders were going to the toilet on the mud piles opposite the villa, and shouting all day. All we could hear when outside were trucks and bleeps. On day 3 the builders accidently cut the water off - and we had no running water for an entire day as we couldn't access the airlock on the water tank. Lena offered us a bottle of wine and meal at her partner's place, but we were busy on those days. Also - I think what we needed is compensation or discount but that has not been offered. We are now trying to contact through VRBO. The property itself is okay - it's up a long hill so can get tiresome with young kids. The villa is well equipped although some of the bed linen (pillows and covers) are a little dated/lumpy. The kitchen is very dated and very damp...we were having to wash the pans before use as found slugs in them when taking them out of the cupboards. All in all it felt very underwhelming. and not relaxing. I feel like we should have been told about the building works much earlier in order to allow us to find alternative accommodation. We actually left building work at home and were desperate for a quiet break. Obviously napping our 1 year old was difficult due to the noise in the day. All in all I wouldn't recommend until the building work is finished. Sorry!

It’s a very nice and convient villa with a pleasant garden and pool. Our worries about the buildingsite across the street was not a problem during our stay. Can absolutly recommend this villa, we were 4 adults with 2 kids( 3 and 6 years) Maj /Lars

We had a wonderful time staying at Lena’s place. The house is very well-located, quietly located away from the harbour but only a 5 min walk into town. The house has everything you need and has a lovely pool. Lena was very welcoming and even invited us over to her house for coffee. We would definitely recommend Lena’s place

Goede ontvangst. Heerlijk zwembad. Ligt op loopafstand van alle restaurantjes en de winkeltjes. Druk klein strand. Maar niet echt nodig gehad door heerlijk huisje. Geweldige restaurantjes in de buurt. Aanrader
