This beautiful house offers a large patio, perfect for long breakfasts or delightful barbecue dinners with a glass of wine, all while enjoying stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The 200m² home is spread over three floors. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen with direct access to the patio, equipped with an electric oven, vitro hob, dishwasher, and all the utensils needed for cooking enthusiasts. The cozy living and dining room, with air conditioning and satellite TV, provides a comfortable space for relaxation or movie nights. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board on this level. On the intermediate level, just a few steps up, is the first bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning. The first floor has two more bedrooms, both with air conditioning. One has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The third floor features another double bedroom. All bedrooms come with wardrobes. A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request. The village is just 500 meters away, where you can visit the historic Sant Bartomeu Church (built in 1236), explore local shops, and enjoy restaurants serving fresh seafood.
