I reserved a king size 1 bed with jacuzzi tub on Expedia and after checking in and getting to our room there wasn’t. Jacuzzi tub, it was sort of late when we arrived but we had hoped to at least get in the pool, it closed at 10.Went to service desk for a trash bag and the lady was rude to my fiancé.

Made reservations in January for June. Showed up to check in and they had given our room away. We had to stay in London, 45 minutes away, because there were no rooms available anywhere else due to the car show in town.

room was NOT as pictured. It was extremely small and the curtains did not fully close. The bottom bedsheet was too small and would not stay on the mattress. The bathroom was outdated and the tub was dirty. The AC unit sounded like a drill when the fan when it was on.

The hotel didn’t accept my Chime card so I had to go to an ATM and get cash, which charged me $5.50. And I had to put down a $100 deposit. I will not be staying here again

Key cards have to be issued every day. Buffet is a joke. Building needs alot of work done. No acess for carts to move your items in or out. Bathrooms need to have repairs. Would not recommend to anyone.
