Miami university swim meet start
We stayed here for a long weekend while my oldest competed in a 4 day swim meet at Miami university. The description of the property provided is dead on, the pictures accurately show you where you will be staying. A couple things to note for anyone who will find it helpful, the property is 12 min from the Miami university rec center, you are in the middle of no where, which made it a very quiet, private stay, easy for naps during the day (iykyk). The bedroom layout is good and the rooms were quiet, you could have people sleeping and others watching tv without a problem. They provided plenty of towels, extra blankets for the beds, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for basic cooking. The beds and other furniture are comfortable, everyone was able to relax during the day and sleep well at night. Only removing one star on communication because I had messaged about 7 weeks before my stay and did not hear back until the night before, however once your stay starts they provide multiple ways to communicate if you should need to, they provide great instructions on check in and check out expectations. We had no issues and would consider this for a future swim meet.

Twenty year cousin reunion.
This was the first time I have returned to Ohio for a reunion. It was the most precious visit! We absolutely loved the property and the midwest feel. The highlight was the backyard, firepit and soybean field up the little hill. I highly recommend!! Best VRBO expeience yet.

Perfect family spot
We were in Oxford for a soccer tournament. The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of four. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. I loved having my morning coffee on the back porch as the sun came up. We would definitely stay again if visiting the area.

This was the perfect place for my daughter and I to stay while visiting Miami University. It is about a 10 minute drive to campus. Would also work for a larger family. The house had everything we needed, the beds were super comfy and the host was very quick to respond to any of my questions. Was a little too chilly to be outside but we enjoyed sitting by the electric fireplace inside and also watching a movie in the living room. Lots of room to relax on the outside porch and do other activities outside so hoping to go back sometime when it's warmer.

This was a perfect quiet place for our family to stay in during a swim meet at Miami U. Nice option if you don’t want to stay in the “college zone” with the accompanying noise. 10 mins away from campus and an easy drive. The house isn’t much on the outside but is clean and comfortable inside. Host is very responsive. A bit drafty in the cold winter, never got super warm, but plenty of extra blankets helped. Would stay again.
