We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mark Alvin for organizing a beautiful birthday celebration for my wife, and to the incredible reception staff—Astha, Karan, Lakrani, Umer, Natasha, Harish, Sushmita, and Seema—who ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. Their warm and courteous service left a lasting impression on us. The resort itself is stunning, offering peaceful surroundings and well-maintained facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed the special attention given to our preferences, including the excellent food and comfortable accommodations. Awesome hotel in Coorg.
This hotel is a slice of paradise in the coorg mountains. I came here with my wife and 2 kids and they enjoyed every bit of it. It is a great place to relax and offers an amazing kids play area. Their spa service and price is very hard to beat. great place to getaway and just unwind.

The property is quite new and has been reasonably well-maintained. Routine cleanliness to be improved of the rooms, pool, etc. Food was terrible, to say the least. Reported the same to management. The stay was comfortable otherwise. Spa was the saving grace.

Not even mountains or valley..... literally you are only seeing trees.
