Great, friendly and comfortable
The seven of us had a great one month stay in this beautifully renovated old house, which provided a very good base for our studies in the region. Comfortable beds, spacious bathroom and equipped kitchen (and pool!) were great. Frederique and Thomas were very welcoming and helpful, making it a pleasant stay. Thank you!

Super séjour en famille. La maison est suffisamment grande pour une famille. La piscine est top. Notre seul regret : ne pas avoir pu profiter du jardin autant que nous aurions aimé à cause des moustiques et des guêpes.

Maison au calme petit village tranquille cadre magnifique beau jardin et surtout une belle piscine idéal pour les enfants des beaux endroits a visiter Almeria et mini Hollywood de superbes plages aux alentours trop court pour tous faire en 15 jours sauf petit b mol attention au moustiques pas mal présent

Un pequeño paraíso en el desierto
La casa de Frederique es cómo un pequeño paraíso en el desierto. Es un cortijo muy bonito restaurado con técnicas tradicionales y con detalles y una decoración bonitos. Los jardines y la piscina son una gozada. Mi familia y yo pasamos una semana tranquila y muy disfrutable allí, entre la piscina, la playa, y visitas al mariposario y la Tienda de Milagros en Níjar, y las cuevas de Sorbas. La casa es muy child/teenager friendly también, ya que cuenta con juegos de mesa, una mesa de ping pong, petanca y otros juegos. Cómo Frederique no estaba, nos acogió Beccy, que fue muy amable y generosa, y nos trató muy bien. Recomendaría la casa el 100%!

Sous le charme …
Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cette maison, de son authenticité. Le lieu est très agréable car très calme . La piscine a bien plu aux enfants . Les propriétaires sont extrêmement bienveillants. Thomas nous a ouvert les portes de son atelier d’artiste peintre pour nous faire découvrir son travail, un beau moment partagé !

Surprenant et paisible
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est conforme à la description et décorée avec goût. Tout le charme des vieilles maisons andalouses y est, le sol, le toit, les murs, nous avons adoré. Le coin y est calme propice au bien-être et à la détente. Le jardin est apaisant et la piscine est idéale pour passer des moments formidables en famille. On y trouve de belles plages à 30 min en voiture et il y a plein de beaux site à voir. Nous avons vu Mojácar, Carboneras, Almeria, le Cabo de Gata et visiter Fort bravo. De supers souvenirs pour mes enfants et moi-même . Très belle région à visiter. Bravo aux propriétaires pour cet havre de paix. Sylvie et ses filles

De très bonne vacances
Nous avons passés 15 jours dans cette propriété aussi rustique que atypique... L'annonce est claire et il n'y a pas de mauvaise surprise L'accueil effectué par une amie des propriétaires absents lors de notre séjour c'est parfaitement déroulé. Sa gentillesse et ses bons conseils ont rendu notre sêjoir des plus agréables. Quelques petits points d'amélioration éventuels: - Un bon coup de ménage de printemps ferait du bien a la maison - Une meilleure literie serait à envisager également Mais aucun regret sur notre séjour tous c'est bien déroulé Encore merci

Beautiful house, peaceful surroundings
Thanks for a wonderful stay in this old house. I came by myself in winter to experience a countryside very different to where I live in Scotland and to do some work. The house fitted my needs perfectly. The owners, Tomas and Frédérique, live next door and were very friendly and helpful when needed but not intrusive. They have made the house comfortable but kept the old features that make it special. Specially worth a look is the beautifully made old, stone threshing-circle by the side of the house. There are many places of interest nearby and you can walk in the hills behind the house. To get to other places, such as Sorbus, the Karst en Yesos Natural Park and the Almeria coast you really need a car but none of these places are far by car.
