Beautiful farm with complete leisure for children and adults. Come spend the weekend, the holiday, the day or a season in this beautiful place.

Located in the condominium Parque Residencial Quinta das Laranjeiras, at km 75 of Rodovia Castelo Branco, exactly between the cities of Itu and Sorocaba.

The farm has a house with 3 bedrooms (1 suite) to accommodate 15 people, large living room with TV and kitchen. And complete and integrated leisure area:

* Adult and children's pools with LED lighting, waterfall, hydro, shower, deck and solarium
* Cozy covered space with barbecue, pizza oven, wood oven, Skol fridge, freezer, TV, bathroom

Nossa estadia não tinha como ter sido melhor! A Chácara é muito espaçosa, ainda mais linda do que nas fotos, tudo muito organizado e limpo, possui todos os utensílios de cozinha, churrasco. Sem falar nos anfitriões que são muito receptivos, simpáticos, nos prestaram todo o auxílio que precisamos e se mostraram a disposição para qualquer necessidade nossa. Recomendo com certeza!

Passamos bons dias, a casa é como no anúncio. A área externa da casa é grande, há uma boa área gramada na frente e uma area terrada nos fundos. Fizemos até fogueira. A casa fica numa área residencial mas nao é um condomínio fechado. Nos fundos tem um galinheiro e minhas filhas amaram poder pegar os pintinhos e comer ovinhos frescos. Os anfitriões são bem atenciosos e demos algumas sugestões para melhoria.

Chá de bonecas maravilhoso!
Fomos muito bem atendidos pelos donos do imóvel...Dona Geni e Seu Waldemar, e pelo filho deles Elder. A chácara tem tudo para realização de um evento pequeno, como no meu caso foi um chá de bonecas, niver da minha filha de 10 anos. Imóvel antigo, mal cuidado
O anfitrião é muito atencioso durante o período da negociação até a estadia. Ele foi comunicado após a estadia sobre as condições do imóvel. A chácara é grande, porém está mal cuidada, banheiros com cheiro de esgoto, camas com colchões velhos e mofados ( quando chegamos estavam úmidos). As mesas da área externa estavam quebradas, cadeiras de sol quebradas e enferrujadas, a ducha externa com o ralo entupido e fiação solta ( risco de choque). Quando choveu, e choveu todos os dias, entrava água na churrasqueira, no forno a lenha e pior foi a cachoeira que se formou sobre o fogão externo, tivemos que por um guarda chuva para terminar de cozinhar ali fora. Quando chegamos tinha um rato gigante dentro do forno. A casa de bonecas nem se comenta, esta tudo velho e mal cuidado. Outro inconveniente foram os vizinhos terem acesso para entrar e sair sem pedir permissão. Caia a energia todos os dias. Infelizmente as fotos são de muito antigamente, pois tudo hoje está muito velho, mofado e caindo.

Deixou a desejar
A localização do imóvel não é boa pois está próximo da estrada. Manutenções foram realizadas todos os dias de nossa estadia , o que tirava nossa privacidade. A piscina estava sem uma das tampas do ralo de escoamento de água. A limpeza do imóvel também deixou a desejar. Os proprietários são extremamente educados e atenciosos mas precisam atentar para esses detalhes, visando melhor atender os hóspedes.
