Rude front desk employee. Dirty rooms. The room floor was extremely dirty (dirtiest room we stayed in out of the 5 hotels we stayed in for our italy holiday) The older front desk staff on duty on the morning hours of Oct 30 was quite rude despite us being easy and very polite. He seemed automatically irritated with anything we inquired about. Its a Shame because EVERYONE in Sorrento was so kind and friendly, except the said front desk employee of this hotel.

An outstanding hotel, very convenient to the main square of Sorrento and other attractions. Our room was gorgeous, beautiful decor, large and comfortable, with balconies on two sides. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with the ordinary breakfast foods as well as an incredible sweet table.a delightful place to stay in Sorrento!

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location, cleanliness and all amenities offered was first class! The morning breakfast had a lot of selection. In the evenings we had our sheets turned down with a chocolate on the pillow! Our favourite hotel on our 3 week trip across Italy!

This is an old world style hotel right off Piazza Tasso. We had a gorgeous suite overlooking the gorge with a balcony. Walk to everywhere. Right in the heart of Sorrento but slightly off the hustle and bustle. Sumptuous breakfast buffet on a patio overlooking the gorge. We lived out time here.

Hotel is lovely. Staff very accommodating. Great bartender! Excellent breakfast. Beautiful garden and pool, unfortunately too cool for us to use. Lobby is beautiful, furnished in a classic Italian style. Room was very nice, spacious, clean, very good bed, decent pillows. Great bathroom! Only drawback was that we were next to elevator, and heard it running til late in evening and starting very early inthe morning. Probably avoid rooms ending in “05”.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and truly loved our visit. The hotel is in an excellent location, safe and walkable to all the main areas including the beach. ALL of the hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The bedroom was a good size with patio comfortable for us to enjoy an evening drink on enjoying the view. Our only complaint is the bed and pillows were ultra firm. Would be nice to at-least have softer pillows but all of our hotels through our Italy trip had this same issue so maybe it’s just a local thing. This would not prevent us from booking here again as it was a great hotel. Thank you the the staff for the excellent service!!
