It was very close to the train station in Sorrento which made it easy to get to Pompeii, Vesuvius and Naples. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was delivered on time every day. Located just above the city in a quiet location but close to restaurants and shopping.

The property is on the third floor and there is no elevator. As we are often lured by pictures and lower cost, we often overlook the details such as size of the room, which floor it is located, and whether there is elevator. As a senior citizen with luggage, it was a nightmare to get up there.

This property is located close to “center” of Sorrento, making it ideal for shopping and dining. Most excision originate from the piazza around the corner. It is a 3rd floor walk up (66 steps, I counted!) so if you are mobility impaired it’s not for you. The manager is very pleasant and easy to work with

It was a convenient stopover for us. The self check-in requires referencing your phone (mine was out of batteries so it was a little challenging). About 60 or so steps, no elevator. It's down an alley so a little hard to find. We asked at the restaurant next door and they pointed us in the right direction. It was easy to get to our ferry in the morning and the staff was very nice.

A Great Stay in Sorrento
The correspondence was excellent, The location was extremely convenient to the train station (and wine tasting). And the service and breakfast were Exceptional !! The only thing that could made this better if it was on the 1st Floor ! But, we knew it was not and we were Very Happy with everything!

A lovely place, out of the noise but walkable to everywhere we wanted to go, including the train station. There is no lift, so you have to carry luggage up three floors. Breakfast was lovely and the room was fantastic.

Good, well managed place to stay.
Not a hotel in the traditional sense with a lounge, lobby, reception, bar etc. but they do what they do very well. Communications were excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. It's very well located, right by the station and only 5 minutes walk to the main part of the city. There's also a good collection of cafes, snack bars and shops just down from the hotel. The breakfast arrangement is a bit quirky but, again, well managed and perfectly good. Would certainly stay here again if we ever return to Sorrento.

Great location and deal. Many shops and restaurants around. Great at communicating check in information prior to arriving, and available to help us as we had some trouble initially finding the spot. However, our room smelled of humidity and some areas were dusty. Pics are a little misleading and look like an ai version of the room.

Hotels.com should clearly state which property is a hotel and which is a B&B or other type of property. Their location and service with breakfast was great. The first issue was there are no elevators for an apartment on the 4th floor. There is a longish walk from the street with luggage to get to the building and then climbing four floors. The stairs are dark at night making it harder. The second issue that we had was the inadequate air conditioning. The machine whirred but didn’t cool. In photos there was a balcony, but our room had two windows that were shuttered close not affording any natural light.

So this is not a real hotel. It’s an apartment building where they must own the floor and turned into hotel. The location just okay but hard to find. It is the 4th floor and no elevator too so plan to carry your suitcase.
