Great stay all around and a fantastic host in Luigi. Place was clean, very easy to get to from the train station, and perfectly situated only one block from the main square and 10 mins from the port. Rooms look recently redone with a modern bathroom and an AC unit that doesn’t quit. We even got a few discounts at local stores due to their relationship with the owner. Thanks for having us Luigi it was a killer trip!

Best location, close to the center/port, attractions and restaurants. We used this as a base for traveling to Positano, Capri, etc. The hotel and room was very clean, housekeeping tidied up our space everyday. Luigi, the owner was extremely helpful and welcoming, thank you Luigi! Breakfast was great as well, the staff are very kind.

Stop looking for another property in Sorrento and stay here. Luigi is the best host ever!!! Sent us several communications before we got there to make sure we had all the details we needed. Great location and a quiet room. AC worked like a freezer! Breakfast was exceptional. We had dinner at Donna Sofia and thoroughly enjoyed the food and live entertainment from two musicians that popped in. If you will explore the Amalfi Coast, stay here and take buses and ferries to other towns. No need to rent a car. And this place could be called “Luigi Flats” since he is such an exceptional ambassador for this hotel.

The hotel is clean, conformable, safe, well furnished, and conveniently located. The breakfast is really good with pastries, coffee made to order, fresh fruit, and many other items available for guest. I can't say enough about Luigi and his staff. They made us feel feel very welcome and helped coordinate transportation and other activities. The location is in the center of Sorrento, offering numerous dining and shopping options. Next time we are in Sorrento we hope to stay again at Sorrento Flats.

Our stay at Sorrento Flats was exceptional. From the moment I booked, Luigi was in contact with us to make sure that we would have everything we needed for our trip. He and his staff went above and beyond to make sure that we felt at home and knew all the best spots to visit in Sorrento. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The air conditioning works well (a necessity for Sorrento in August) and the shower was much better than other places we have stayed in Italy. Every morning, there was a breakfast buffet with delicious homemade sweets. The location is great, with many restaurants and the marina all within a short walk. The only downside is that the parking is around a 10 minute walk away, which was tiring in the heat. However, Luigi's staff came to meet us at the parking lot and helped us bring our suitcases to make it much easier for us! Overall, truly outstanding service and a memorable stay. Next time we visit Sorrento, we will definitely try to book at Sorrento Flats again!

Great hotel, location and host.
Perfect boutique style hotel in the middle of everything. The fact that is family owned makes it even more special. The breakfast buffet was great and the room had all the amenities, plus a balcony. Luigi was great and made sure you’re not missing anything. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I have never met better staff anywhere! Luigi reached out to us before we even left home to offer assistance, he was there every day answering questions and ensuring our stay was memorable, and he arranged extra services for us during our stay. Nello helped a lot along the way and is such a kind and knowledgeable young man with a great sense of humour. Maria in the breakfast room was always one step ahead in knowing what we wanted, and her smile is infectious. Mama Luigi baked amazing treats for us daily! Luigi the owner amazing. He started texting before we got there to help us find the hotel. He sent the train schedule and a video of how to find the hotel. His daily breakfast was fantastic; his mother is an amazing cook. Everyday he checked in to see what we were up to and to see how he could help. He went way above and beyond to take care of us. I just wished we would have stayed longer. He even communicated with a transport service we had set up without being asked. Luigi is amazing!!

Sorrento Flats made our vacation in Italy fantastic! Luigi and his staff greeted us, gave us assistance whenever we needed it, and had great recommendations on what to visit.
