La Casa é bella, peccato che manchi di manutenzione, sia all’interno che all’esterno. Tra le tante, abbiamo trovato una vetrata rotta, in una delle camere c’erano le aste per le tende attaccate con il nastro da pacchi, la vernice scrostata per l’umidità e la finestra non si chiudeva All’esterno ci sono alcune macerie, due sdraio usurate e attrezzi da palestra rotti, tutti buttati in giro per il giardino purtroppo l’impressione é di completo abbandono. La casa é per 8 ospiti ma in giardino ci sono solo 5 sedie di plastica intorno al tavolo Niente da dire per la Comunicazione con l’host, la piscina é bellissima!

La maison n’est pas neuve et elle manque un peu d’équipements. Cependant, la piscine est grande tout comme le jardin et la climatisation marche correctement - elle est bien placé pour rayonner dans le nord - l’hôte est disponible et la communication est facile

Vermieter stets bemüht. Das Haus ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Drei Sachen haben uns gestört. 1. WLAN, dieses war nicht dauerhaft nutzbar, ab und an konnte man sich gar nicht verbinden. 2. Pool ist nach 7 Tagen umgeschlagen und unnutzbar gewesen. Vermieter bemühte sich aus der Ferne Abhilfe zu schaffen, doch ging leider nicht so schnell. 3. Bettwäsche, zwar war welche Vorort, jedoch willkürlich zusammen gesammelt und dann war die auch nicht wirklich sauber. Wir haben uns dann eigene Vorort zugelegt. Hier wäre einfach diesbezüglich ein Hinweis ausreichend gewesen. Alles im Allem haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen und können diese Empfehlen, jedoch sollten die 3 Punkte verbessert werden. Dann wäre für uns alles Top gewesen.

Repos et détente
Nous venons de passer un excellent séjour dans la propriété de M. Di Piazza. L'endroit n'est certes pas évident à trouver au début (surtout le soir) mais le panneau indiquant l'entrée du sentier nous a bien aidés. La villa est spacieuse, propre, fonctionnelle et surtout dispose d'un extérieur très riche : arbres fruitiers, endroits ombragés ou ensoleillés, vaste piscine... Une belle terrasse permet de vivre presque exclusivement à l'extérieur. L'endroit est paisible, en pleine nature mais néanmoins il arrive qu'on entende parfois le bruit du trafic de la route selon l'orientation du vent. Nous avons également remarqué que certaines choses manquaient un peu d'entretien, le verger notamment qui lors de notre séjour était un peu laissé à l'abandon, de même certains transats qui n'étaient plus en très bon état. Mais globalement la propriété nous a laissé une impression très positive! Une mention spéciale pour la piscine qui est grande et bien entretenue. Un petit robot immergé se charge même de l'aspiration et du nettoyage du fond. De belles et grandes plages de sable se trouvent à proximité mais une voiure est absolument nécessaire, comme partout en Sardaigne par ailleurs... Enfin un mot sur le propriétaire : il est toujours disponible, réactif, arrangeant et il apporte des solutions immédiates à tous vos problèmes, que demander de plus? Bref c'est avec une grande tristesse que nous avons quitté cet endroit que nous recommandons vivement.

Des Vacances magnifiques
Nous avons découvert la Sardaigne cet été dans une maison au top. Si vous avez envie de passer des vacances en famille au calme, n hésitez pas à louer cette villa qui a un cadre très très agréable. Le propriétaire, M. Di Piazza, est un propriétaire à votre écoute et qui saura répondre à toutes vos attentes. Nous reviendrons c est sur. Encore merci pour ces belles vacances.

Agréable villa au calme
La villa est en pleine campagne, la voiture est nécessaire. Il y a des habitations à côté mais le quartier est très calme. La mer est proche (Lu Bagnu à 10mn). La villa et certains équipements sont un peu vieillissants mais la maison reste confortable et bien équipée pour se divertir et se reposer (piscine, ping pong, balançoire, trampoline, vélo enfant, petit équipement musculation...) La piscine est très agréable. Le propriétaire est accessible, réactif et arrangeant. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Je recommande cette location +++

La location etait parfaite. Villa spacieuse, grand terrain, grande piscine. On s'est senti comme à la maison. Nos deux enfants de cinq ans ont autant adoré que nous. Une voiture est indispensable, mais vous permettra de visiter de nombreux endroits, relativement proches! On recommande sans hésitation

Points négatifs : - A peine 3000 m2 versus les 3 hectares annoncés ? - Verger qui n'en a que le nom - Localisation : A 150 mètres d'une grande ligne droite de la route côtière au trafic incessant. Gros désagrément sonore quand le vent est orienté... Aucun intérêt d'être à proximité de la mer car les quelques accès à proximité débouchent sur un bord de mer impraticable et pas aménagé et pas de vue de la maison. Plages potables à des kilomètres. Vous ne pouvez sortir qu'en voiture car la route est dangereuse (trafic + absence de bas côtés) - Remboursement de la caution fastidieux. Points positifs : - Maison sympa, très propre, bien équipée, fraîche - Extérieur entretenu et très bien aménagé : belle piscine, transats de qualité, ping-pong, pétanque, trampoline, balançoire, plusieurs tables qui permettent de varier l'emplacement des repas, barbecue, chaîne pour avoir la musique à l'extérieur, parasols.... - Propriétaire sympa et réactif par tel si besoin.

Es war eine Katastrophe. Es ist kaum in Worte zu fassen.
Verlassen, schmutzig, nur Glühbirnen als Lampen, das Bettzeug hing zur Begrüßung auf der Leine, von den Matratzen rede ich lieber erst gar nicht, in den Holzfenster- und Türrahmen wohnten oder wohnen noch Termiten. Alles war sehr dunkel. Bis auf den Poolbereich war der Garten verwildert, vertrocknet, einfach ungepflegt. Das Haus steht irgendwo im Nirgendwo. Das verrostete elektronische Tor geht mal auf , oder auch nicht. Wir waren schon richtig gut im Klettern! Der Pool und die Liegen dazu waren das Einzig vernünftige an allem.
