pratique et sans prétention
Bonne location pour qui ne se soucie pas de la décoration intérieure, qui est un peu triste. Mais la cuisine est bien équipée, les quatre chambres ont chacune un lit double, et la brise marine rend la température agréable la nuit même par temps chaud. La rue est calme et on est à 100m de la plage (non surveillée mais idéale à marée basse). Nous avons toujours mangé dehors sous les parasols. A l'expérience nous avons apprécié les avantages de cette location qui ne séduit pas de prime abord.

super emplacement
Emplacement vraiment top (5min de la plage), propriétaire et personne donnant les clefs très sympathiques et serviables pour des demandes particulières (lit bébé etc). Agréable d'avoir un espace dehors fermé pour les enfants, barbecue. Appartement fonctionnel et propre même si effectivement style assez ancien.

Bonne situation et très bon accueil
Une maison bien très située (bord de mer et plage tout près, joli centre ville accessible à pied) et tout à fait confortable en l'état. Gagnerait sans doute à un rafraîchissement général de la déco, mais ce n'est que mon humble avis :-)

Logement agreable
Très bon séjour dans ce logement qui permet de loger un grand nombre de personne. Calme et bien situé, meme si un peu loin du centre ville de Soulac à pied. La gérante est très arrangeante. Nous espérons y retourner pour l'année prochaine (pour une troisième année).

Mobilier obsolète bon pour la déchèterie papier peint très vieux à moitié décollé pas de salle de bains uniquement deux cagibis avec une toute petite douche que l’on atteint après avoir escaladé la cuvette des wc et un avec unique accès par l extérieur de plus on nous annonce une cour privée et à l arrivée elle est à partagée avec 2autres locataires location à deconseiller

cadre sympa
accueil chaleureux puis rapports conviviaux en cours de séjours avec la personne qui nous a accueillis et nous a communiqué infos et bons tuyaux;
endroit très calme, la mer est effectivement à 200m, accès direct; le centre ville est accessible à pied ou à vélo, à moins d'un km.
La maison est spacieuse, déco ancienne. C'est propre. Les 2 salles de bain sont des plus sobres, les lavabos dans les chambres complètent.
La terrasse/jardin est très agréable et au calme. Equipement généreux, il y a de la place pour les invités.
concernant les activités, il y a plein de choses à faire dans les environs, à pied, à vélo ou en voture.

gute Lage, aber Vernachlässigtes Haus
Die Nähe zum Strand ist toll, für Familien mit selbständigen Kindern ideal. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet, es gibt genug Geschirr und Besteck für viele Personen. Aber das Haus rottet vor sich hin, die Möbel stammen allesamt vermutlich noch von den Großeltern, die Bettdecken sind zusammengesuchte Restdecken, die Bäder sind dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Gottseidank hatten wir kaum Regen und konnten viel draußen sein.
Es wurde vorab nicht kommuniziert,dass auf dem Grundstück noch weitere Gäste zu ihrer Fereinwohnung gehen.....dasPreis-Leistungsverhältnis war nur der Lage zuzuschreiebn.
