Beautiful house, perfect location
This big house felt so luxurious. Having the open concept kitchen, dining and living room was perfect for our family get together. Lots of laughing and talking together was just what we needed. Thank you for helping our family start a new holuday tradition!!

Extended stay for gymnastics
We stay every year in Newport for our daughters, gymnastics meet. We’ve tried a number of different houses and this is one of our favorites,. The only negative would be a somewhat poorly equipped kitchen (pans that need replaced, no hot mitts, no colander) and the beds were quite soft. The views were amazing. Access to the beach was fabulous. Loved the fire pit.

Though over all the property was nice, a few things. The property was described as beach access this is true but by a rope on a slippery decline off a bank of steep sand, no good! The not remolded bedroom up stairs had a bench along the bed that was very easy to trip over my husband did and fell! I hit my toes more then once. Also no slip guard in tub bought one. You guys are asking for trouble! Easy fixes in my opinion.

Perfect dream-home for our group!
Almost everything here surpassed our expectations -- beautiful views of the ocean, warmth and peace despite windy days, fantastic fire pit, covered outdoor hot tub in the RAIN (so awesome!) -- TVs everywhere it mattered, a soundbar with Subwoofer (we got it sync'd so it's working properly.. was not initially), and a layout which worked for everyone VERY well. I could write much more, including sharing photos and videos, but VRBO is just asking for a "summary" :-) Highly recommend!

Family Holiday Rendezvous
Three generations (18-80) gathered for the first time sine 2019 and the second time at this spectacular location to (gratefully) reconnect. The space is expansive yet comfortable for 9 adults, especially enjoying the kitchen, the hot tub and the proximity to one of our favorite beaches on the Oregon Coast. Thank you for providing a fantastic venue for making new memories!

Wonderful Stay!
What a wonderful long weekend at the ocean! The location was great - plenty of beach for long walks and Newport was close by. Beach access was no problem, even with our young granddaughters. The house made it easy to gather for meals, or split up for different activities. The kitchen was well supplied and the information binder included everything from hot tub instructions to local attractions. We would love to go back again someday!

This house is beautiful. Location is good, we really had a great time. A couple of things, there was no garage door opener located anywhere it said it would be, we never did end up finding or using it. The hot tub was pretty dirty but expected with being close to the sand. Overall it was a perfect house for our needs.

Good but not great
The best part about this house is the view of the ocean and the comfortable furniture on the balcony. Unfortunately, the road noise from this house being on the highway is a bit annoying and the fact that there are publicly accessible stairs to the balcony made it such that if you are worried about security, you have to close all the sliding glass doors and windows to the balcony. Total unforced error. They need to put a door at the bottom or top of those stairs that prohibit unwelcome visitors.

Very impressive property and location
Our family stayed here over 3 nights and had a great time! Very small list of cons. The property is right off the highway so a little road noise, but it’s really only noticeable from one bedroom. Only second negative was that last 10 feet on the path to the beach. A little tough for most folks. Keep in mind if you walk a little further it’s much easier to get down. So, not really a big deal. Now, onto the pros. There are a lot. First and most obvious is the location and views. The house is on a stretch of beach with very few others to one side so you’ll basically have the beach to yourself. Walk south about a mile and you have some super cool tide pools. Next, the kitchen was really well done. I love to cook so as I prepared dinner, I could talk to my family, watch the sunset, and watch a game on TV. If you love to cook, you’ll love this kitchen. Had everything needed for making a great dinner. The sauna and hot tub at the home were super easy to use and well maintained. I didn’t think I would take a sauna every day, but it was nice to spend a day at the beach, hose off, then get a sweat going. Lastly, the home itself has been very well done. Great design and finishes along with comfortable spaces for 8-10 guests comfortably. We will absolutely be back!

Beautiful property as advertised with fabulous beach access. The well laid out floor plan made it easy for our party of 12 to gather or find our own niche at will. So much fun playing ping pong and games. Want to come back every year

Overall was a good time. Good use of space with plenty of room to spread out. Great view and access to the beach. The noise from wind blowing through the covered deck sounds like a fog horn… constantly!!! Of course we expected wind, just not that constant sound, which could be heard at least a block away.

Nice location on the beach. Great view. Downstairs wasn't as clean as upstairs. The sheets in the bunkbed room had hair,dirt, and toenail clippings in them. The couch downstairs also had dirt and toenail clippings on/in it. Everyone loved the kitchen, deck, and the fire pit! We were so happy that we were able to get a break in the weather to have a fire outside one night. FYI, the gas fireplace is see thru and allows you to see into the master bedroom from the living room. Also, the access to the beach is not easily accessible to those who are older or have hip/knee issues. It was very steep with a thin rope to hang on to as you made your way down. My mother wasn't able to go down because we were afraid she would get hurt on the way down or back up, which was a real bummer as the beach access was what she requested when looking for a rental.Finally, you hear alot of traffic noise if you are in the downstairs bedrooms in the early morning. So, some issues but we did have a good time with our family.

Great place for a family.
We each had a bed and plenty of space for alone time. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and the barbeque was a big it. Only draw back was no phone service no matter the carrier and the bed downstairs was a mosh pit. Everything rolls to the middle and it's hard to get out of. The breath-taking view never gets old!

If you’re looking for the perfect house on the beach, this IS IT! The house is well stocked with ANYTHING you’ll need, just pack your clothes & food! Super close beach access, we could watch our kiddos play from the deck. It doesn’t get any better than this!

Oregon Coast Getaway
The house has plenty of room, per its description. It is right on the Oregon Coast and offers beautiful views of the coast and sunsets. There is a fire pit and a nice walking path to the beach. Short driving proximity to downtown Newport. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone interested in a Oregon Coast getaway.
