This hotel was fine. The bed was comfortable and the room was large. Breakfast was pretty standard for an included hotel breakfast. I was anxious about multiple reports of bedbugs, but I did not see any while I was there. The cleaners obviously skip inconvenient (yet noticeable) areas, but it was clean enough. I was glad that I checked the windows - I was on the ground floor and the windows were unlocked. Not ideal. For the limited selection in the area, this was a reasonable option.

The plug-in scents were way too overwhelming. It made me wonder what smell you are trying to cover up. The ceiling showed results of an extensive water leak in the bathroom from above. Bed was comfortable.

There were some water stains on the curtains and carpet around the window, one of the light fixtures in bathroom was missing, hair in the shower and white stains on the sofa. It was not very clean. Bed was comfy.

little disappointed with the breakfast. Danish/bread area often empty...not replenished even though I ate at different times during my stay. Would have to like bananas served with breakfast. Not available the 3 days I stayed. Would have liked choc chips available to put on waffles. Would have like a pot of plain oatmeal made so I could add my own toppings instead of the flavored packets of oatmeal. These are suggestions. I realize all may not be available,

Needs work, but great staff
We stayed to go see Notre Dame football. The staff were great, especially the young lady at the front desk. She was helpful and friendly on our arrival. We stayed in 308 and the room smelled like smoke or mildew. The closet didn't have a door on it, and the bar for the clothes hanger was broken and hangers were hanging from the shelf. There was a half drank bottle of water in the closet on the floor on our arrival. The shower curtain rod was broken and hanging off the wall. The linens were clean and the breakfast was good.

The pool needs some updating and the hot tub was not functional. The exercise equipment was not all usable, some not working at all. But for the price the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff very friendly and always on hand.

Curtains has mold all over them. Flooring was coming up. Comforter had stains. Bed was comfy. Lobby was very nice and clean. Night staff very nice!
