The hotel was very nice. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Everyone seemed to be happy that they were working there. Not always the case these days. Rooms were very clean. It is located in a very nice area with plenty of shops, bakeries, restaurants, etc. within walking distance. There is a beautiful riverwalk a block away. The rooftop bar has a beautiful view in the evening. Definitely a must. Overall a great weekend. We will be back!

There is a covered parking garage next to the hotel. Check in and check out were very simple. The restaurant on the 1st floor is open for breakfast and lunch and is very affordable and quite good. The room was nice and the bathroom was brightly lit. On the negative side the room smelled stale and there were no towel bars in the bathroom.

The breakfast/lunch restaurant had poor food quality. The coffee was weak and flavorless However the dinner restaurant was excellent with good variety. Service was wonderful. The AC units in our suite were malfunctioning making it colder than the setting on the thermostat. Had to ask a second time to get it fixed. Single ply toilet paper, no exhaust in the bathroom and windows don’t open

Beautiful property with incredible hospitality
This was my favorite hotel that I have stayed at this year. And that says a lot because I travel every two to six weeks. I loved it because the staff was friendly, the restaurant and bar within the hotel were great, and it was easy to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, they had a great gym which is important to me, as I like to exercise when traveling. I have clients in Elkhart and when visiting next time, intend to stay here again.

Very nice updated hotel. I am a hotel snob with cleanliness and it was very clean. Staff were friendly. The only downside would be the rooftop bar being closed.
