Convenient to alot of shopping, breakfast was good with nice selection. Checked in late and was very tired. Was told to park at end of building close to room and use outside door. But the door would not open, after walking around to made entrance. Went to room, unfortunately it was being occupied. Went to man at front deck, and got another room on 3rd floor. Went to ice machine on 3rd floor and that also was out of order. Liked the size of room and was comfortable & clean. Had a 3 night stay and woke up 2nd night to some one beside my room smoking pot I think think it had a bad smell coming into my air unit it gave me a headache made me sick to stomach. Sad that people do that in hotels.

Overall my stay was good. Room was comfortable, breakfast was ok, staff was friendly. Although the room was clean, the carpeting in the hallway looked dirty and that’s the first thing that greats you and the ice machine on our floor was broken.

It was good for a one night stay. Felt pretty crammed in the room as a family of 5. When asked if possible to move to first floor, was informed everything was booked. The elevator is dated and so are the electronics, but overall, a quiet night

The staff was friendly, including the lovely lady taking care of breakfast. The room was a good size and clean, but a tiny bit rundown. The bathroom door squealed like crazy, but that’s not a huge deal except when people are sleeping. Breakfast was great. Pool was great. Definitely a nice stay.

property is located in the center of the city and is close to all amenities. However, the hotel adjacent is kind of sketchy a bit with some what questionable activities. However the convenience of close to everything and good amount of parking spaces and decent quality rooms make is okay.

Photo shows a hot tub and arrived to no hot tub. Had back surgery last year and after long drives they are very helpful. Even on the main website there is a hot tub. Service was great, but comfort lacked due to this.

deep clean needed
It was evident that the hotel could use a good deep cleaning. The grout in the bathroom was black in the high traffic areas and cream in lower used areas like corners and near walls The same with the carpets, darker in high traffic areas like between beds and lighter in closets and desk areas.
