We don't usually stay in four or five star hotels but this time I decided to treat my family it's only a one night. Upon arrival Valet was fast, it's Valet only parking BTW!!! Our luggage took 30 to 45 minutes to arrive to our room. Although the reservation was for the family they did not provide blankets and pillows for my kids, we tried calling and no answer had to walk myself down and ask the front desk. The shower did not have any shampoo or body wash also have to go down and ask for it in person. Upon leaving found that valet left my car lights in on position luckily the battery didn't die. We have to get to the buffet in 30 minutes before closing and they were not nice about that, besides the lady hovering over us so we can finish so she can clean up and leave.

We arrived and they didn't have the two king beds we reserved, or a room with a sleeper sofa, and all the cots were loaned out so my son had to sleep on a hard love seat shorter than him and he's 12. The walls were paper thin so you heard everything from your neighbors. They said after people checked out the next day they would send a cot, but didn't and when we called about it they tried to charge us to rent a cot... You know so my son had a bed for the 3 person reservation for king beds, so we had to get the manager to waive the rental fee and we got a food credit that covered half the bill for the three of us to eat the breakfast buffet. Maybe a personal post peeve but the bathrooms do not have any fan, which became a real problem when we came from breakfast and the room smelled so bad we almost vomited. The shower was full of residue and had backed up making the room smell like sewage. Same thing happened in the neighbors rooms but don't know how many rooms total were affected. Even after maintenance good it all to go down we had to leave the room for open for hours to be able to stay in there. Also, the refrigerator didn't work so we called down and someone came and replaced it with one that smelled like old raw fish that when opened almost ran us out of the room so couldn't use it. The third day they replaced it with one that worked and didn't smell great but wasn't making us want to vomit. The room was the worst part about our vacation.

Would Stay Here Again!
I would stay here again. The front desk staff were welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Walkability factor was convenient to reach all casinos in a fair amount of time.

Pros: great room, affordable, adjesant to Heavenly Village, kids night at the pool, valet parking, beautiful atrium. Cons: No breakfast options, jacuzzi was gross and not relaxing, luggage carts not available and it was a long walk to the room

The indoor pool is fantastic, and the hotel itself is excellent, located in a prime spot. We’re already planning to return next year! The only areas for improvement are the breakfast buffet, which includes a mandatory tip that makes it quite expensive, and the valet parking. The valet service is occasionally understaffed, leading to hectic service.

3rd strike for Margaritaville resorts for us. I get they are in the business of making money but they offer zero benefit. Food at resort is straight bad. No offerings for late night or early risers. Not even a microwave in the room to reheat leftovers. Room was stocked with tea and decaf K-cups. Valet was rude every single time. Valet and guest services desk locations cause an extreme bottle neck for anyone wanting to enter or leave the property. 1 of 10. Will never be back.

This is a fun and convenient hotel. It’s close to everything shops, restaurants and snow activities. They’re opening a target walking distance as well. You won’t have to drive anywhere else.the staff is exceptional. They are friendly and efficient.
