Good hotel for visiting Chicago. Within walking distance to most attractions. Came here with my partner and younger sister and we felt very safe in this area. Very basic amenities, perfect if you’re just looking for a place to lay your head. The staff are super friendly and helpful. My only issue was with the bathroom door, as it tended to get stuck if you shut it all the way and we knocked our heads a few times trying to pull it open. But not a big deal!

Staff was friendly, place was clean, nice area with close by restaurants, great!!!! park across the street. Not happy with parking. Had to park in a garage down the street. $60 on a weekend. Are you for real Chicago??? Room was by the elevator and was very surprised that it was quiet and we did not hear it. Good job Grand Park Hotel on everything else!

Nice that we could walk to Soldier Field and around town. Annoyed that we called to ask what the parking situation is there and they told us just pull up and valet. We did only to find out they were full. The vending machines were all out of order, so we couldn’t get a water. Coffee was empty in the morning and we told them, but 20 minutes later still no coffee. Glad they have a coffee shop close by.

Nosy and unsafe and the train early in the morning just too loud no nose isolation even if you are in the ninth floor, you could still hear people don’t the street shouting and fighting. The front desk not friendly at all all of them except one nice guy was so friendly and helpful.
