Good choice for a night’s stay.
I stayed here for one night with my husband & our young baby. The booking confirmation said we’d have a cot in the room but when we arrived the room had one double bed & the sleeper couch had been made into a bed. It wasn’t a problem as we had a travel cot with us but it was a good job we weren’t relying on there being a cot provided. The room was clean & comfortable enough, although it was way too hot when we arrived (the thermostat was set to 24C) but we turned it down & the windows opened enough that it cooled down. The windows didn’t fit brilliantly so we could hear the wind in the night but there was a huge storm so I think usually you’d probably hear some traffic noise through them but not enough to keep you awake. The shower was a let down unfortunately. It took ages to get it to the right temperature & it was variable to say the least. We didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. The other thing to mention is the layout of the hotel is a little odd. The rooms are spread out over 2 floors but in a long thin arrangement, rather than being a tall building. There are multiple entrances once you have your key so we could get to & from the car quickly rather than going via reception but it’s worth being aware that you may have a bit of a trek from reception to your room when you arrive & we didn’t notice a lift. Overall, not bad for a night’s stay.
