So close to the beach

Great location. Could see the ocean from the porch. It was smaller than it looked in pictures, but the close proximity to the beach outweighed that.

Cute and nice condo

The condo was cute and nice. Enjoyed the short walk to get on the beach. Family atmosphere was great and quiet. The condo building was a little older with musky smell in common areas because of moisture and carpeting. Condo building also had extremely dirty windows. The condo itself was decorated cute. The bed mattresses were okay. The two single mattresses were little soft. First night, saw a roach in pantry. Next morning made breakfast and saw another. Left over food in pantry could be contributed to the roach sitings. Other than few things the visit could have been “Excellent”.

Wonderful Vacay!

Hadn’t been to SPI in decades but wanted a nice locale and lodging for our 45th anniversary during the first part of February. This is the place! The condo was not only very clean and super comfortable but had every amenity to cook OR relax. Info on restaurants in the surrounding area were spot on and we enjoyed many of the dining sites, all located within a few miles. Super sweet touches were located around the condo (forget a toothbrush, there were extra!) And the Manager was an absolute gem. My husband and I also appreciated the location of the Sea View Condos, being at the south end of the island giving you miles of relatively uncrowded beach to stroll and beach comb. This is a great place!

Wonderful Home Away From Home

We booked a trip to South Padre on a whim and I’m so glad we stayed here! This is pretty much everything I wanted for a condo when looking for accommodations. The unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked with all we needed for a day at the beach. The owner was very helpful whenever we had questions and even talked me through a grocery delivery to the condo. The pool was perfect and you’re literally steps away from the beach. Take the time to sit on the balcony in the morning and have a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise. We’ll most certainly be back!

Beautiful condo on the beach outfitted with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was in good working order and location is fantastic - walk to beach. Host was excellent with communicating. We would return again to this property!

Excellent place!

The property was fantastic! It was actually closer to the beach than we thought, an easy walk. It had all of the beach gear that we needed, which made things do much easier. The kitchen was well equipped so we could make meals at home. The bedrooms are nice and we had anything we needed. The only thing we could have asked for were a few more beach towels, as we were washing them daily by the time we hit the beach in the morning and the pool in the evening. Overall, one of the best rentals we’ve ever had.

Love this condo!

We love this condo and Sea Vistas! She provides everything needed for the beach, the pools are awesome, the view is spectacular and the condo feels like home when we are there. Can't wait to go back, we love Padre and this condo!
