Start your day eating breakfast on the oceanfront balcony while the sea breeze gently kisses your face as it passes by. In the afternoon, quench your thirst with a favorite drink, or cook up your favorite meal in our fully stocked upgraded kitchen. When the sun goes down, watch the sunsets or Summer night fireworks just outside your front.

Perfect space for the whole family to spend time together comfortably. Continue to enjoy the views beach & ocean through floor to ceiling windows while lounging comfortably on the couch, or comfortable chairs. In the evening relax and watch a movie on the large flat screen TV.

Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen to whip up your favorite meals. Large pantry to fill with your favorite foods. Dining table fits 4 guests comfortably, with additional seats at the bar counter.

In the master bedroom, wake up each morning to the breathtaking sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico, while snug under the covers of the king size bed. Ample storage for your belongings in the dressers and closet. Additional amenities are flat screen TV with live cable tv.

The beautiful guest bedroom is roomy and boasts 2 queen size beds. Perfect spot to take a break in the afternoon to lay back and read a book.

Ocean Vista Towers offers a variety of amenities to enhance your relaxing getaway. Numerous amenities which include free internet, cable tv, children's playscape, tennis court, basketball goal, 2 pools (large and kids pool), small cardio room, palapa area and gated parking have been provided for your enjoyment. In the evening unwind in the hot tub as you gaze at the spectacular starry sky.

We strongly encourage that you purchase adequate trip cancellation insurance. A small welcome package is provided which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

**Up to 2 small pets up to 25 lbs with a pet cleaning fee. Pet size/limit are rules set forth by the Home Owners Association and enforced by the on-site Management and Staff.**

Great 50th!
I want to echo prior reviews - this is a wonderful place to stay. Our 1st time in SPI, but not our last. We celebrated our 50th - perhaps our 51st next year - in this property. The condo was precisely as listed. It was clean and comfortable. The pools were nice, and it was a quick walk to the beach. It's also within walking distance of a number of good places to eat. Our interaction with management was great - and they resolved every question we had. The only negative was the tennis court. We brought pickleball paddles for exercise, but the tennis court is in lousy shape - but this doesn't reflect on the condo itself. We will definitely look forward to another stay here. You can't go wrong.

This was our second time staying at the property and it was just as great! It is right on the beach with a great view. Condo is very nice and beds comfortable. I loved that they provided beach chairs and a wagon. We hope to come back soon!

Great property! Condo was even better than the pics. It was super clean and had everything we needed. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 rating is because there isn't access to rent umbrellas for the beach which is something other properties have available for guests. If that's not an issue for you, then this is the perfect place!

We had such a great time at your beautiful home! My husband & I, daughter and her husband plus their 2 yo daughter and 1 yo son made this our home for 7/2-7/7/2024. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. The only thing we noticed that you may want to address is the hot water didn't work in the kitchen. Thank you for helping us out when we locked the keys inside the condo, ughhhh! Fast resolution was very much appreciated! We loved our time in your Island Condo! Thank you!

Spectacular South Padre stay!!
Our family loved this condo! Beautiful beachfront views and breeze! It had nice furniture and comfy beds, 5 min walk down pier to beach. 2 Pools and hot tub had great shade in the afternoon. It was quiet, yet kid friendly. AC worked great! The owner provided a wagon and beach chairs which was a nice option. We told friends about it, we will stay here again!

Excellent family getaway location
We absolutely loved the location! Close to a lot of restaurants and easy access to the beach. Everything was just perfect for our family of 5, the kitchen was well stocked, though we typically don’t cook while on vacation, it has everything you need to prepare and serve meals for a larger group. I love the fact that there was a pack & play with a mattress in it for our use, our 18 month old slept super comfortably every night! I also love that there was a high chair available, though we didn’t use it, that was one less thing to pack and bring with us! The beach access was easy to get to and we greatly appreciated the fact that there was a wagon, chairs and beach chairs available in condo for us to use! The pool area was also clean and not too crowded when we went in the evenings. The balcony has an amazing view which made for great pictures! The hosts were very communicative and answered all of my questions or concerns in a very timely manner. We will definitely book with them again!

We had a short mid-week stay and really enjoyed it. Excellent communication with property owners/manager and everything was exactly as listed.
