Potential to be good but not quite.
Very large hotel in need of some upkeep, but room was comfortable and had character. Food is good. Reception staff were slow and unhurried even when a lineup started to form. Bar and restaurant staff were obliging but no pleasantries from reception-rather a shock after wonderful service everywhere else in Thailand. The pool pump system was soooo noisy we left the pool. Price is good. Potentially a beautiful hotel but needs some spit and polish.

We stayed in the executive suite. Loved the huge room. The furniture and fixtures are in need of an upgrade and repair. This hotel is beautiful, ornate, opulent but needs to be repaired and upgraded.

I total booked 5 room. Change my parent room to a small room and tell my parent they change their room to a better room, their room don’t have hot water cooker and nescafe, as them already request with lobby for 5 rooms but they only give one room ! That’s not fair for others 4 rooms

Good stopover
Good, large hotel with pool. We stayed 2 nights, food was rather expensive in restaurant so we didn't try. Breakfast was good with lots of choice including large Asian section and smaller western offerings. We had do not disturb sign up on day two and got left no water. Final morning, cleaner tried to enter room one second after knocking despite do not disturb. Local area was near large Tesco superstore with KFC and McDonalds and indoor food market. The local songthaews stop around 7pm but there are plenty during the day. Meter taxi available at night. Not much in this area, you would need transport to visit sights.

Hispeed internet throughout, comfortable affordable hotel that is clean and has helpful staff. It does need updating in areas but the rooms are spotless and satellite TV with BEin sport live premiership football!
