My mom and I stayed here for a weekend for a wedding. To start, the staff were not friendly whatsoever. Our room was moderately clean, but not as clean as I would have preferred. Upon returning to our room one night, nothing in our room was cleaned or restocked and they continued to blame us for putting up our do not disturb sign (we did not). Parking was $29/night, which was not indicated anywhere in my reservation confirmation. Would recommend if you’re looking for somewhere cheap and short notice, but don’t expect much.

The property has a great location in a quiet area near the river. The area is very walkable. The staff are very friendly. The only recommendation for improvement I could give is that some of the facilities are a little dated. There was one scary moment with the elevator where the doors would not open when I got to my floor, but luckily I was able to get off on a different floor. Overall, very happy with this property.

The hotel was easy walking distance for me to other locations. The rooms were attractive, clean, and comfortable. I was impressed with the staff who immediately provided anything I asked for. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The rooms were clean and nice and comfortable. The elevator was broken and working intermittently. Sooooo slow. No stairs. The local area offered no easily accessible food or transportation. Lovely location next to the river but extremely inconvenient to get to when driving and expensive parking fees.

Staff were very helpful. Our flight arrived early in the morning so we called about the possibility of an early check in. No rooms were available at the time so we just decided to drive around Portland and find things to do until the afternoon…but we were also very tired. While we were having lunch we received a call from the hotel saying a room was ready if we wanted to check in early. That was such a gift because we had not asked them to call…we just figured we’d have to wait until 4pm. And the staff also had great recommendations of coffee shops, food truck pods and hiking spots. The river walk was excellent. Parking was simple and easy to access. Only downside was not getting a room that faced the river (had a lovely view of an office building 😉) and toilet was kind of old and had rust around the inside of the bowl which made it look and feel dirty (but we knew it had been cleaned). Would recommend this place to friends and if we come back to Portland we’d stay here again.
