Renovated top floor two bedroom unit in great position sleeps 5. Television, DVD player, north facing balcony to enjoy the sea breeze, ceiling fan to main bedroom, own laundry with washer and dryer. Stroll to beach and town centre for shops, cafes, restaurants, local pub and surf club. Short walk to Country Club for lawn bowls, golf or tennis.

Please Note: 'Ocean Breeze 8' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Linen is supplied in this holiday letting. You will need to provide your own toilet paper, soap and dishwashing liquid etc.
