Ground Floor - Large open hallway, character lounge with 3 sofas and open fire, atmospheric social dining room leading to a spacious and homely kitchen with historic Aga oven. Relax around an outside firepit in the private courtyard.
First Floor - 3 large double bedrooms which can be configured for either 6 x single beds or 3 x super king beds plus a large single sofa bed in the lounge.
Outside Roof Terrace - Leading off the first floor relax in two large south facing roof terraces with seating for social dining or a quiet relaxing drink as you soak up Southampton’s atmosphere.

Parking
10 Westgate Street has a large private garage for one car and additional off-road parking for an additional second car. For additional parking there is abundant metered on road parking which is free from 6pm to 8am Monday to Saturday and free 6pm Saturday to 1pm Sunday.
Free Cruise Parking
Free cruise parking for up to two weeks is available for guests booking for a minimum of two nights (before or after their cruise). Subject to availability parking will be at one of three locations within the centre of Southampton and all within a short walk to your cruise terminal.

Other things to note
Ground floor: large open hallway leading to a character lounge with open fire and 55” LCD TV. Off the hallway is a stylish bathroom with walk in shower. Also in the bathroom is a utility room cupboard with fitted washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. From the hallway you enter the spacious dining room seating 6 guest and including a warming natural gas fire. Off the dining room is the warm and cosy kitchen including a unique, always on, AGA cooker.
First floor: Off the open landing are the 3 x bedrooms each fitted with either 2 x single or 1 x super king size double beds. The two master bedrooms have large flatscreen TV's and extensive wardrobe space. Off the landing is the 2nd spacious bathroom with bath and shower.
The two master bedrooms are spacious enough to place a baby cot.
All beds have 10.5 TOG Fogarty 'Just Like Down' pillows and duvets.
10 Westgate Street is located in the heart of Southampton's Old Town and nestles next to the impressive 14th century Westgate tower which forms part of the historic Southampton walls and one of the original gated city entry points.
Historic figures who have passed by the front door of 10 Westgate Street and through Westgate Tower include the Pilgrim Fathers (to board the Mayflower and Speedwell in 1620 to discover America), Henry V and his troops for the Battle of Agincourt, Henry VIII to visit his castle in Southampton (meeting up secretly with Anne Boleyn whilst being married to Catherine of Aragon) and Jane Austen who lived in Southampton and passed through Westgate to bath in the Southampton springs.
Walking through Westgate tower you have immediate access to the impressive Westquay retail and leisure centre, waterside access in Mayflower Park and direct sight of to cruise ships in Southampton’s docks or simply a day trip to the Isle of Wight on a Red Funnel ferry.
