Total dump, carpet hadn’t been vacumed forever, the room was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in, like sleeping in a closet. Hallways smelled and no AC outside of the room. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Clean and quiet. Staff was great. There is no elevator but, to be fair, we didn't ask for a handicapped room. They are in the process of upgrading the rooms. We were in town for an event and didn't need amenities so this hotel was perfect for us.

Well it's one of those you get what you paid for. Not the best but not super terrible. Breakfast was passable but again this is what this level of hotel is. Not to be insulting but putting things in context.

Security is not a priority as the service door did not have a key reader and was unlocked all the time. At least have a room key reader there. Musty smell in the room

Old, in need of full renovation.
The hotel is in need of major TLC. It is very dirty. The room smelled stale and musty. There was black mold in the bathroom. Just gross. Before checkout, sprinkling a ton of carpet powder seemed to be the replacement for cleaning.

Continental breakfast consisted of cold sausages, dried out bread, creamer that was so outdated it was now solid, twinkies and cupcakes served by a woman who was rude at best and, after disappearing for over 15 minutes, was rank with the smell of Marijuana. The one good thing was Phillipa who kept us stocked with clean towels and supplies with a pleasant attitude and warm smile. I will never stay here again!

This is a cute hotel in the middle of a really beautiful town! The room is sort of compact, but it was only my husband and I this time around. The lady helping us at the front desk was so nice! We really enjoyed our time here.

I don't believe this was an issue with the property itself. There was some issue between Expedia and the hotel that ended up creating a 30 minute check in process. The gentleman worked through the issue and eventually we were able to get our room.

It was nice for a night down in Winona I always love a Continental breakfast the only thing that was missing was eggs too go with the sausage they served.
