Our stay was great! Front Lobby staff was great!! Facility was clean. However our room couch had syrup all over it as well as the ottoman. So we didn’t sit or utilize the couch. Bathroom mirror was cracked with made me nervous to be around just because of grabbing something from vanity and getting a cut. Our beds were clean and comfortable. Staff was super polite!

We were visiting relatives and unfortunately arrived during unexpected weather conditions. When you arrive you are embraced with wonderful clean scents. The decor is contemporary. The hotel staff was amazing from the beginning. Ty, Front Desk, greeted us with a cheerful smile and checked us in swiftly. The room is furnished with contemporary furniture from West Elm. The beds were comfortable we slept through the tropical storm with no issues. Our son enjoyed the room as well as it offered several charging stations (a plus). The coffee/coffee maker was amazing. We didn't take advantage of breakfast but will definitely try next time. Each of the front desk staff both morning and evening the following days were just as amazing and awesome throughout our 5/4 stay. I didn't want to ignore them😊! Additionally, the pool was closed a few days due to the storm. But, immediately following it was cleaned and ready. Making our trip even better as that was my son's favorite part of our stay. son

This property was nice overall and staff was very helpful and welcoming. Only complaint I have is that our bathroom mirror was not as clean as it should have been that’s is. No complaints.
