It is ok for a short stay, it doesn't feel very clean but it is not terrible. No elevator, good thing to take into account when making a reservation. The lady at the front desk asked me if 2nd floor was ok or if I needed to be on the first floor, so that was kind.

We had a very good stay of two nights. The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and had plenty of hot water. Price was very reasonable and we would definitely stay again when returning to Case Grande. Did not try the breakfast as it was past time when we left. Employees were friendly and efficient.

The new rewards suck.
Since they changed the rewards program, it sucks. Before you got a free night after 10 stays, after 10 stays now, you have about 25 dollars to save on a stay. It is like 1/4 what it used to be. Before it was the average of the 10 night stays. So if you spent 150 per stay for 10 stays, you received a 150 dollar credit. Now it’s very minimal. It is still easily used, rewards just suck.

I stayed here for 1 night and the facility looked clean. I loved that they dont have carpet and its vinyl flooring. I had no issues with check in or check out. The only thing I can only complaint about is that I had no shampoo and just lathered my hair with body wash 😣 It made my hair dry and brittle and since I was about to check out, I didnt mention it since there was no point anymore. Another thing was that there was no iron and I did call the front desk, and they brought me one. When I started ironing my sons shirt, it stained it! It had a black stain on the iron and since I was in a hurry to my event I didnt say anything and just left it as is. I would give it another chance since my event happens twice a year at Casa Grande.
