This is the perfect location ifyou're going to a concert at the Ford center. The rooms are clean and comfortable and all you got to do is walk through the parking lot to get to the venue. Very convenient.

Too close to concert venue. Friendly front desk.
We were not aware ahead of time that there was going to be a very loud metal rock concert next door the night we stayed. It made the stay very uncomfortable and unenjoyable:/ The pool and hot tub were closed as well which was also very disappointing. We wanted to sit outside and enjoy the weather but the concert was too loud. Couldn’t sleep until concert was over.

Everything was great except the meh breakfast, which is comparable to other hotels. Their coffee is pretty good though.

Unfortunately they had been impacted by the Microsoft outage so they couldn’t give us keys. We had to be escorted by staff to our room to be let in every time which was disappointing. Definitely not their fault but still not what I wanted to have for our stay.

We liked the hotel but we were disappointed that we looked out at a wall and a roof. We went through Expedia and paid only a little less than going through the hotel to book but got a room that looked out over the roof and didn’t get points for our stay. The daytime staff were wonderful, but the late afternoon and evening staff were not as accommodating or friendly. We came in really hot and asked if they had a couple bottles of water and they said only their top rated guests could have water. Came in the next morning and asked where I can fill up my water bottles and the staff offered me two waters it’s a little things that make a difference also. The hotel was very nice and very clean. I would still stay there again.

This is the first time we’ve stayed at this location. Were there for a concert at the amphitheater across the parking lot. So convenient, room was really clean. Front desk staff was really helpful. The bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. We will definitely return next year!

Unbelievable poor experience
Totally unsatisfactory, unfriendly, unhelpful staff. Room was not what we had reserved and it was set up for handicapped persons and staff said they could not change our room because I rented through you. I tried contacting Hotel.com but couldn’t find a phone number and text to you was not answered. I will never use Hotel.com again!!
