My room was very clean. It seemed very tired and worn. Of the five lights in the fixture in the bathroom, only one worked. I asked for it to be fixed. It was not. The shower was pleasantly awesome. The towels and linens were clean and fresh. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. For the price I paid, not worth it. This hotel is located in a seedy part of Boise.

Absolutely AWFUL
I checked in at 4:00 pm and my room had no working AC. I went to desk and was given another room. That room either had had someone on the bed after cleaning or it was never cleaned. The pillows were all askew and spread was completely rumpled. I returned to desk and was given a third which also had no working AC. At that point I left to do some errands. When I returned that room was also NOT cool, but the slider had been left open (apparently by housekeeping). I thought that by closing door, it would cool off. At 10:00pm it was still not cooled off so I went to desk and asked for a fan and another room. STILL not cooler, I turned on the portable fan. It had no stabilizing base, so it "danced all around until it reached the end of it's cord and then faced the wall. I call ed the desk and was told a new fan would be brought up. By 10:30, still no fan so I went down to desk and got a stable fan. It was on all night and made the room almost bearable. In the morning I went to heat water and a coffee pod from previous guest was still in coffee maker...who knows how long it had been there?!. Each of the 3 people at the desk were very apologetic, but that hardly makes up for the deplorable condition of your property. I spoke with 4 guests who all had inadequate AC. I cannot imagine what rooms were like when temps were in low 100s. You MUST be aware of the issue yet you continue to rent rooms, advertising AC when it is non-existent. I will NEVER return!

The property has 2 floors dedicated as an extended homeless shelter. The property is in desperate need of upgrades and cleaning. The staff worked very hard to make everyone comfortable but due to rooms being double booked several times, walking into rooms with people in them already and the AC barely working the trip was a disaster.

The clerk at check in didn't seem to care about her job. The tv didn't work. The temperature control was not attached to any wires and came off the wall when we touched it so it was freezing in the room. The celing had obviously had a leak so the ceiling had water stains. There was hair in the shower and the bathroom flooor was very dirty. Worst of all was that it was super late when we got to the point of going to bed so we didn't have time to find a new hotel but either the sheets had not been changed or the ones put on the bed were not cleaned properly so we had to sleep on top of the bed instead of in it. Worst experience and well be reaching out to corporate about a refund of some sort.

Very dated and not very well maintained. The cleanliness of the room was not up to standards. The furniture is stained and dated. As the saying goes, “ you get what you pay for ”.

Upon arrival I went to the front counter were their was a sign saying I that the person working will be ack shortly. After waiting 15 minutes a lady showed up who seemed very agitated and not welcoming at all. I received my room and key but their were no luggage carts to us so I proceeded to my room to get a rolling chair to use as a luggage rack. Upon entering the room it was extremely hot in the room and its summer time. I proceeded to turn down the AC and took the rolling chair to the parking lot to get my luggage. After returning to the room I felt no difference in the temperature and felt no cold air coming out of the vent, so I went back to the front desk and requested a new room. I proceeded to go to the new room to make sure that it had working AC before I moved all of my stuff with a rolling chair. Luckily it was working so I moved my. UNFORTANTLY for my buddy who I was traveling with he had to get a third room to eventually have working AC. The entire check-in process took well over a hour. Not fun when you have just spent 8 hours traveling 430 miles through basically dessert in 98 degrease temperatures on a motorcycle and it 6:45 pm when you arrive. So after all this how can it cant get much worse but it can. So we went to dinner and when we were coming home the Uber driver was telling us that the Boise Red Lion is known for having AC problems and then as we arrived to the hotel everyone was exiting the hotel because the fire alarm was going off. UNBELEVIAL!
