Stylish, clean, spacious hotel! Has Kitchenette, dining area and sofa! It was a perfect place to stay after visiting the area. You would need a car to go to places but there are 2 restaurants next to the hotel within walking distance. Breakfast wasnā€™t impressive, though. I didnā€™t expect bready croissant at such a lovely hotel. Also, Wifi was weak. Cell reception in the area was generally weak. Receptionist was very kind. Overall, very happy with our stay!

The staff is friendly and courteous. They will answer all of your questions. Make sure you have everything you need and that you feel welcomed. They made the stay much better. The location is great, clean, beautiful and detailed oriented.

The shoals property was interesting.. we almost drove past it because I thought it was a marinaā€¦ which is actually on the property of the hotel. Very nice outdoor space to sit and relax and watch the boats come and go. Corn hole and other games on the lawn and a cute food truck and outdoor bar. Live Music on Friday night ( we werenā€™t there on Saturday so I donā€™t know if they have live music then too). The room was spotless and very quiet, little kitchenette with oven, stovetop, mini fridge and coffee maker was greatā€¦ just wished there was a microwave too that would have been helpful. Breakfast was your typical continental ( muffins, croissants, 3 different cereals, yogurt and granola, instant oatmeal,coffee, tea and juices. Just fine for us, all in all a very nice stay.. very close to many wineries and farm markets.

Super nice, clean and big room. Beautiful setting, nice staff and easy parking. Breakfast was nothing special, however and the muffins were not so hot. Overall, a great stay!

Beautiful hotel! Our room was new and modern, we enjoyed the private patio! The Beer Garden,bar and food truck were an unexpected great part of our stay! The hosts Patrick and his wife were just terrific. Cynthia the manager could not have been more accommodating! We will definitely return!

The room was pretty and the bed was very comfortable. The TV is small and only in the bedroom, not in the living room/kitchen area. Thereā€™s no bay view, window overlooks the parking lot, roof top and a peak of water beyond it and we were in the best location to see water. Motel is in the parking lot of a Marina. It was fine for our needs but I wouldnā€™t stay there for the atmosphere. The breakfast is not breakfast; coffee, limited pastries and oatmeal. The staff was super nice but overall, too expensive for the accommodations.

Had an amazing stay. Breakfast was quite basic, but served us well. The room was well catered amd housed everything we needed. Location was great and close to the car ferry. Check out the oysters from accross the way....they are amazing and so fresh. Also had a meal at Alure, next door. Fantastic. Thanks

The customer service was wonderful. The room was absolutely gorgeous and very large with a full kitchenette. Right on the bay marina. There was a food truck that served amazing tacos and other fare. Patrick and his wife Roz that run the food truck and tiki bar were awesome! Had a blast with my girlfriends. Your close enough to lots vineyards and restaurants, you can use their bikes to ride all over and they offer a free temporary beach pass to go to other Southold beaches. Definitely plan to come back again soon.

Beautiful property and rooms. Thats it. Overpriced. Breakfast was cheap - croissants and muffins from costco maybe? For $500/night, I think guests deserve more than a 1ply toilet paper.
