It wasn’t clear that all the amenities were 1/2 mile away and not walk friendly. Golf cart to and from the pools made it a non family friendly stay. Would not bring the family here again with two young kids.

We enjoyed all parts of our stay, I highly recommend this property for a vacation, kid friendly and the food/drinks were spectacular. The staff went over and above for anything we needed.

Would NOT recommend! They had a million hidden extra charges. The beds didn’t have top sheets on them. Housekeeping left our door open ALL day after they cleaned room. I had things missing. The shuttle only drives for 15 mins…so if you miss that window you have to wait another hour before getting picked up. And you have to call and let them know when which 15min block you want to be picked up…but it was difficult getting through to the front desk many times. Sometimes they wouldn’t even answer the phone. Then the shuttle dropped us off for the beach on the street instead of pulling in lot and we had to carry the chairs and umbrella half a mile down the road in 90 degree heat. If was almost impossible to get waited on at the pool…and when they finally did serve you…the drinks/food were terrible and WAY overpriced. The chrome cast didn’t work. The shower drain was broken. The room safe was missing….when I called and asked about it they said they would send “engineer's” up to look…then said “oh it’s been missing for 2 weeks.” I don’t know how they weren’t aware of this and needed “engineers” to make them aware? Ordered room service…and didn’t give any utensils with our food and there was hair in my waffles.

Beautiful location, we had a small balcony looking onto a back bay marina area, very quaint. Room was good size, and they allowed our small dog so that was a plus. The lazy river was short, but nice for relaxing in. All staff were amazingly friendly and kind.

We really enjoy this property.
We love this property, we have been here more than once, but we had an issue with the room. While it wasn’t immediately addressed, management rose to the occasion and made everything right. I would definitely return and I would recommend to anyone.
