The staff were extremely helpful in finding a restaurant for dinner. They also told us what time to go to the land bridge to Bar Harbor Island. The hotel was very convenient to downtown. The grab and go breakfasts were convenient especially if you are heading into the park. We will stay there again!!

Our rooom was pretty worn but it had what we needed and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast and afternoon cookies are lovely. Fresh coffee, muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit and orange juice are available. They offer gluten-free options too! The staff at the property is exceptional. They are helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We had a great stay!

Perfect for an overnight!
Perfect place for our overnight in Bar Harbor! This was maybe 5-10 min walk to downtown which was wonderful way to unwind after dinner, etc. Room was clean, spacious & the bed was super comfortable.

Staff (Chris) is great. We were there for a week and were given a room upgrade without asking. This hotel is beautiful, quaint, and at a walkable distance to everything downtown Bar Harbor. It’s very quiet and peaceful at night. Will definitely stay there again next time.

We were greeted by Chris when we first arrived in the parking lot. He was so welcoming and eager to make us feel at home. He answered every question and gave us great ideas. HE made our stay there great! On the only negative side there were large flies in our room and many caught between the window screen and the window…couldn’t open the window. We highly recommend this hotel….friendly, engaged,professional and well maintained.

The room was a very generous size, the staff were excellent, the landscaping was beautiful, there was ample parking, the lobby had great snacks, fruit, coffee and a nice grab and go breakfast selection. The location was ideal. You can easily walk about town, and an easy drive to Acadia. They also have extra amenities upon request. We got some glasses for our room. Around the e corner from the grocery store was also perfect. Christopher suggested their sandwiches and the turkey havarti was delicious as was the Italian. We also bought r and wine at the store.

We had a great time here at Bar Harbor Manor! The staff was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean, They offered morning snacks like muffins, nutritional bars, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. These were also available to take along with us on our adventures! Another nice touch was lemonade & cookies in the late afternoon that we were able to enjoy while sitting on their front porch. If I were to come back Bar Harbor, I'd stay here again!

Top notch in Bar Harbor
We stayed for 3 nights and this location was perfect. We were on the 3rd floor with a balcony that gave us a perfect view of the gardens while getting us out of the sun. The staff was gracious, easy to talk with, and helpful. The room and property were clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!!
