The lobby is welcoming and clean. However when we opened the door to our room on 2nd floor, we immediately were hit with the smell of body odor. It was like a team of basketball players who had just gotten done with practice all crashed in the room. It was late when we checked in and we were tired but it was hard to relax because we kept worrying the room wasnt totally clean

The hotel was fine/average, but there was absolutely no breakfast included and we didn't realize. They said you could add a $5 per person charge for breakfast to your room when you check in, but you can only do it when you check in (though they didn't say anything when we checked in), and otherwise it's quite expensive to eat at the cafe in their lobby. There was also no one at the front desk when I tried to check out and had to wait around. They also had a cooler with water in the lobby, which was nice, but they took it down in evening and we were relying on it. Overall the stay was so-so.

We reserved a king size bed, and only got a room with two Queen size beds. The staff was friendly and attentive when we requested fresh towels, more soap and toilet paper. Our room was not cleaned while we were there because we only stayed for 2 nights.
