There isn't an elevator, so i had to get a 1st floor room. Did not want to carry my luggage up the stairs. Room was ok. Had a smell to it, though.

The sink drain was slow. I ran hot water down it for a bit and that helped. It seems the shower valve is plumbed backwards, the mattress was hard and not very comfortable and the shower tub has ugly damage to it and the thermostat on the air-conditioner didn't work well and the TV remote didn't work with the TV.

The staff was loud at night time when we were trying to sleep. The pillows were like paper thin then when everything is advertised for a continental breakfast, there is nothing set up the place smell like weed we will not be returning.

Disappointed all around.
We were traveling with our dog, and her crate and were placed in an upstairs room. With no elevator. Evertime we took her out, we had to carry her up and down the stairs. I asked for a downstairs room at checkin but was told they didn't have any available... They had raisin bran, frosted flakes and orange juice for breakfast, no milk. The room was clean enough, but the ceiling was in bad shape with patches of drywall flaking off. Disappointed all around.

Asked for a wheelchair accessible room. The room was so small and full of furniture th as t you could not get in without a hassle. No room to turn around because room was tiny. The restroom size was excellent however, toilet was so high off ground it was hsrd to use. No roll in shower, just a standard small bathtub with several safety rails. Mattress was so soft that your back hurt. Such a shame because otherwise it was a very clean and friendly hotel. Price was great.

The hallway smelled weird. The breakfast was non-existent. We were offered 2 types of dry cereal, no milk, and coffee, nothing else. The room was acceptable. The late staff was dry, lacking people skills. The morning staff was much friendlier. Price was good.
