We went to check in but there was no staff, we had to walk into the cafe and ask. We were told only 1 staff member onboard so we have to wait. No microwave in the room. Cleaner seen us at 5am and asked what time are we checking out which made us feel unwelcome and she was too busy for us. Which was stupid because we were about their only customers that stayed there, now i see why noone stays there. Poor value for money.

For the price, very pleased with the cleanliness and amenities. The staff in the attached restaurant were lovely and the food was great. There were no early checkout instructions for when reception is closed, so it was unclear what to do with the room key. I recommend adding an out of hours key drop, or at least instructions in the room guide.

I have stayed here before and found it to be very handy to town, clean with welcoming staff. The rooms are not new but everything I could want for an overnight stay. Comfy bed, hot shower and good TV. I'll definitely stay again, Thanks.

Overall I nice place to stay, we had a fantastic view of the port unfortunately I found the bed and pillows uncomfortable. The bed was a bit too firm for me. The service was great though

Great location, opposite the bay which is just across the road. Nice staff, good parking. Room clean and shower has good pressure but does take some time to get hot. Coffee and tea making facilities with biscuits. Nice pool though we didn't use it.The only real complaint is the mattress which was very firm and uncomfortable.
