We had a very nice stay in this hotel. The beds were nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice with good options. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy. It is an older hotel that needs some updating. The towels were very threadbare, and the carpets were very worn. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we will stay there again.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Lots of restaurants nearby. The property was old and needed fixing. Car was safe overnight. Towels were dingy and old. For being dog friendly, there were not designated areas to go potty and steep price per dog per night. Other places have an additional fee but it’s not per dog.

Two things:
Really have no complaints but two: Pop up ads on television for some Dolby surround sound thing. That is a serious annoyance and needs to be done away. The refrigerator door would not stay closed, which made it impossible to keep anything cold. Otherwise, it was good.

Great and clean property customer service yuck .
The property was clean and kept up . The breakfast had lots of choices eggs, sausage, fruit , cereal , juices and breads. Room and pool was clean but the lobby had an odd smell. The employee at check in was very nice checking me in and then my husband and teen walked in and his mood changed completely he because very short and acted like he was put out having to work .

Room 108 entrance door does not close securely. Upon putting the card in the slot, the door to the room was already ajar and pushing the card in the slot was enough force to open the door WITHOUT activating the handle. I figured out the door needs to be pushed hard so the door “clicks” closed. Also, the handle needs to be pulled hard to hear the “click”. I did not notify the staff but should have. Breakfast was satisfactory with a standard waffle making apparatus and the standard cereals, yogurt, coffee, juice. Out of 5, the wow factor was a 3. Basic but filled our needs for an overnight stay outside Zion National Park

Thought We got a fair deal for thE night turns out the room I reserved is the crappy room they unload on someone every day. You have to pay when you arrive, when we got in the room, my wife went into the bathroom and came out upset with the mold and smell of the bathroom. Turns out this the slippery slope floor was their idea of a ADA shower (or was it a car wash?) Called the manager to complain, and he came and argued with us that we requested ADA shower, but all we needed was a queen bed. Got tired of his lip, and told him to leave and was unhelpful. Took a shower, had to wear my leather sandals as shower shoes (wife too), the water from the shower runs towards the center of the room… not sure how this is safe for ADA people Was such a horrible experience the wife and I seore never to stop in hurricane, Utah ever again! This hotel greatly exaggerated the room description and seemed to enjoy ripping of customers! I hope they lose their flag as this ruins the brand name for other hotels under that brand!

Manager refused to refund one nights charge. His clerk was told at check in 4 nights, charged card for 5 nights. After 4 nights, we checked out, folio showed one night overcharge, but would not refund all of that overcharge. Suggestion: give guest a receipt when the charge is made. That way everyone knows what the details are.

We booked this hotel at the last minute when the original hotel we booked was too sketchy to want to stay. (More on that in a different review). This hotel was clean and well maintained, and suited our needs well while visiting Zion NP. Breakfast was good and the only drawback was that we had to drive to get to any restaurants for supper. I would stay here again.
