Roaches, no coffee pot in room and when I went to front desk to ask about it clerk acted like I didn’t know what a coffee pot was and I never got one. Toilet lid didn’t fit, to small and fell inside tank. Trash on floor. Burn holes in bedding from cigarettes in non smoking room. Towels stained with black. Waffle mix had mold in it.

Had a reservation for one night. Was told at check-in that there was no hot water in the building but that in "one or two hours" we would have it. I asked if that was assured. The answer was yes. Waited several hours and took a quick cold shower. The next morning, there was no hot water. I told the lady at checkout and there was no response other than to give me a print out of the hotel bill. YOU DON'T RENT OUT ROOMS THAT HAVE NO HOT WATER. The place was ill kept and dirty as well. No quality at this Quality Inn.

Avoid this place
No hot water the entire time I was there. I was forced to take a cold shower. Toilet tank lid was too small for the tank and sitting crooked and it would fall into the tank every time I used the bathroom. Room service never came at all. I had to walk to the office every time I need toilet paper or the trash emptied. Hotel towels were stained. Bathtub was stained.
