Beautiful Cosy stay
A Cosy break away, the staff were lovely on arrival and the room was Cosy and clean. It was the perfect escape for an evening and the food and drinks were fantastic ( especially the pork belly!) Its a quiet area and beautiful views from the window, lots of blankets and the heating warmed the room up quickly. There was a spaceous shower room with basic essentials for a short stay, and tea and coffee making facilities. Only downside was the lack of alternative milk.

Andrew and the team of staff at the Bull where brilliant, they could not do enough for us. The rooms we stayed in where exceptionally clean and thoughtfully decorated and quite spacious. The food was of a very high standard.

Excellent all round
The apartment was a modern, comfortable and spacious accommodation. The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our three night stay and we were also really delighted with the choice and quality of the food in both the evening and at breakfast. We "sampled" the Moonshine beer and would definitely recommend it. We had one small problem when one evening meal order wasn't served for quite some time (a problem with passing the order to the kitchen). The manager solved the problem to our satisfaction so that it didn't spoil our night. Breakfast was a magnificent feast of a Full Derbyshire cooked breakfast, with other various combinations and choices too. Clare was on breakfast duty during our stay an was an excellent host. Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. We would love to stay again and look forward to booking our next trip to the Peak District.

Was so quiet and comfortable. The staff was willing to do anything we ask. Had tea in our room any time. Room was cute and decorated in a plain white but had a colorful quilt. The bathroom was on the large side with a shower

The room was very nice, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the food was truly excellent. We recommend the fish and chips, and the pies... The only niggles were quite minor: the TV didn't work while we were there, and the en-suite door stuck quite badly. These didn't detract from the stay!

This was a fantastic stay. The Bull's Head pub was fantastic. The food was superb - really high quality. We dined there both nights, The pub was lovely and traditional. A lovely pub atmosphere, The rooms were super comfy, spotlessly clean, spacious, with modern bathrooms and traditional bedrooms. Nice communal tea/coffee area in the hallway outside the rooms. Breakfast was great. Really tasty full English breakfast. The staff were very warm and welcoming. It was so lovely we didn't want to leave! :)
