In addition, the master has a en-suite with a bath tub and a balconete area which faces onto Nevis Range. The second bedroom has two single beds, en-suite with shower and a double wardrobe. The third bedroom is a double bed and has direct access to the main bathroom. The forth bedroom has a double bed. Bed linen, towels and luxury toiletries are provided. The lounge area boasts stunning mountain views and has a log burning stove. The kitchen and dining areas are spacious and are fully equipped for all your self catering needs. Exceeded Expectations!
Booked Ardbrae to "decompress" after a week in Edinburgh and the Festival.
The property is better than described. The photos don't do it justice. Spacious and comfortable. All 8 of us (3 generations) enjoyed 5 days without tripping over each other.
The views from the balcony and the living room are wonderful. The area is quiet, with plenty of options for short hikes to the canal/locks, or through the hills.
We used the property as a base for trips to Glencoe, Fort Augustus, and Loch Ness.
We will return!

Great location, great house for larger group
Overall, this is a great place: rooms are spacious, the location is quiet and scenic (literally a few hundred meters from the Caledonian Canal) with easy access to Fort William (roughly 20 min drive). The walk along the canal path is lovely. The only complaint is that during our stay the large (larder) fridge was not working, which made storing perishable food for our party of seven challenging. Hopefully this will be remedied soon. Otherwise, a great place to stage exploration of Lochaber.

Mooi uitzicht
We hebben heerlijk genoten van de omgeving. Het huis was niet helemaal schoon bij aankomst (volle prullenbak in badkamer en container buiten. 2 bedden waren vies, maar verder van alle gemakken voorzien en hebben we heerlijke dagen gehad.
