I really liked the overall care put into the cottage. Very nice appliances. However, no matter how much money you put into the decor and kitchen appliances, the most important part of having a great place to stay is the bed. In this case the bed was very uncomfortable, thin sheets, one light bed spread and a tiny through blanket, limited rugs on hardwood floor.

When we walked into the cottage is smelled like burnt bacon grease. The window air conditioners were loud and we were either freezing or sweating. Next to the bed was a dirty sock that didn’t belong to us. The couch had food between the cushions. Location was in a quiet part of town though.

We loved this little place. We felt very at home. The creek below the property was very clear and beautiful. Would stay again and highly recommend for a couple who lukes quiet.

Only two small things made this stay good rather than excellent. The bed mattress was pretty hard & the shower didn’t have very hot water. Location & customer service is fsntastic.

Orchard Creek Cottages are so charming. The design choices to compliment the historic features are perfect. The staff has fantastic communication. The area around the property is peaceful. You can watch the squirrels play and enjoy the peaceful evenings in the hot tub.
