There is a small creek along the back of the property and is adjacent to a pay lake! Covered parking and outdoor seating areas. Down town Spencer is just a short drive, with several local destinations, such as Main Street Coffee, Civilian Brewery, Hiking at McCormick's creek State park or Greens Bluff nature Preserve, Finish your day with a glass of wine and a dessert at Owen Valley Winery!
